I called Quality Comfort because I saw they were accredited from the BBB. Customer service is my priority. I called over 20 different HVAC service companies. They were more or less expensive. If they were more they're customer service was poor and seem to just say whatever they could to get to your home without clear quotes or estimates. If they were less than Quality Comfort they as well had poor customer service and the HVAC techs didn't care to try to make a sell because they were answering the phones and in a hurry to go service the business they already had. When I called Quality Comfort Heating and Air Services I felt relieved and valued as a new customer. They responded the very same day to my initial call. When I called back on a different day for my new install Russ the Salesman came out the very same day. He was nice and knowledgeable of the service we needed. He didn't try to haggle me but gave me the fairest price we felt for a top of the line HVAC system. He even responded to our decision after hours and assured me service the next following morning. The guys came out around 8 am. They were quiet and respectful. I didn't hear any loud conversations. They worked hard and cleaned up well after they we're complete. Russ the salesman even came out to the job site while they were working and gave me a courtesy call after the job was complete. I am very happy with my service with Quality Comfort and I will call them in the future for maintenance on my new system.

They performed our biannual service maintenance. Were the system installers originally and have done a great job in keeping it operational. Would highly recommend.

Excellent customer service! Same day service! Three other companies would not do what they did-find the source of the problem and FIX IT! Angel was just that-an Angel to work with. He crawled under the house and fixed the ductwork. FAST. Immediately the problem was solved. I enrolled in their maintenance plan because they gave me an immediate discount on my services and I will see them in the fall! VERY HAPPY after disappointing service with multiple other companies for years. SO GLAD I FOUND THEM! Thank you!

Excellent experiences dealing with QCS for both installation and maintenance! Since buying an older house, we've used them to perform regular maintenance on our older HVAC unit which they helped keep running longer than we expected. When we were finally ready to replace our old unit, there was no hesitation to call QCS. They provided several reasonable options (all with 0% financing), quickly installed the new unit once the decision was made, made modifications to make the system more efficient in our home, and answered all our questions through the process.

I normally don't do reviews but I was impressed enough that I felt like I should. They were very professional, came on time, I could tell they knew what they were doing, took care of the problem as quickly as they could & cleaned up their mess. Quality Comfort took good care of us and I just feel like that is hard to come by now days!

My husband and I couldn't be more pleased with QCS! I'm 8 months pregnant and our AC went out today, when temps hit a high of 105. We called 20 different places and all were booked 1-2 weeks out. Quality Comfort was out within 1 hour after we called. Andrew was AMAZING! He was on time, very professional, friendly, and honest. At that time, he replaced a part that has rusted and gone bad. 3 hours later, my husband and I noticed that our house was still not cooling and the inside temp had not gone done. Andrew came back out within 10 mins from our phone call (after hours) and spent 2 hours diagnosing the problem at no additional cost. He was very honest and did not pressure us into potentially costly repair costs. Andrew even called his supervisors for second opinions to ensure he was correct in making a diagnostic determination. We honestly couldn't be more pleased with Quality Comfort Services and this VERY pregnant mama is VERY happy and cool! Thank you Andrew and Quality Comfort Services!!! We will DEFINITELY be using you for all our heating and cooling needs!!!!

Great experience ! l had a 18 year old. Trane and wanted to replace it. I called Quality Confort and spoke to Nick, who came out the next day. Nick was knoweledgable, friendly
and he explained sizes, effecientcy and the Great finanance plan !! With in a week I had my new unit installed by knoweledgable and friendly installers that actually work a Quality Confort and are not subcontracted.
The installers after completing the job , cleaned up. The installers then explained how to set and use my new thermostate. I highly recommend this company !!

From the receptionist who took my call was so professional and understanding to having the entire team come 30 minutes early they exceeded my expectations. I called them after having a home warranty tech come in and tell me I needed a new unit and took my money after 10 minutes. They came in and checked every duct vent throughout our house and checked for a leak in the attic . Checked temperatures on the vents unit and would come to me to explain and show me what they were doing. They ended up getting my AC to immediately come on and stayed to make sure the temperatures was coming down and wrote very detailed notes on what they did. They ended up saving me alot of money considering I was told that I needed a new AC but they found that a duct was open and needed to be closed. I truly appreciate their honesty and professionalism they even felt sorry that the other company did this to me. Thanks to them me and my family especially kids can sleep comfortable. I will have them do my maintenance and reccomend them to everyone I know.

I have used Quality Comfort Services for my HVAC needs over the last 4 years. They are the most consistent organization when it comes to reliability, professionalism, friendliness and technical acumen. In most organizations, the experience you have depends on which technician you receive. At QCS they are all stellar!! This week they installed two new systems at my home and exceeded my expectations. I interacted with no less than 8 technicians/representatives and they were all amazing. Two technicians stayed past normal working hours until 8:00pm because they did not want our young children to sleep without A/C. Thanks for educating me about HVAC and taking the stress out of appointments and this large installation!!
