I have used Quality Comfort since I moved into my home seven years ago. They are scheduled twice a year for maintenance. The employees are always professional and friendly. I had an emergency call once and they responded immediately. I highly recommend Quality Comfort.

We called Quality Comfort because our HVAC system went down after a storm. We called after the company that installed our system told us it would be at least 5 days before they could respond. QC came out the same day that we called. We were first told that we needed a blower motor. When they came back out to install, Everardo, Josh, and John (service manager) found that the wiring had simply come unplugged. Once they plugged it back in, our unit immediately came on, saving us from purchasing a motor that was not needed.
Their response time, professionalism and attention to detail was outstanding. We highly recommend them !!

Five stars! My heater was making a loud noise. I texted Les Wood at 6:30. He had a technician at my house by 8:40. Technician found the problem and fixed it within an hour. Ice had built up and was casing some issues. And the price was right! Great people, great customer service, and great equipment. Highly recommend!

We been freeze in the last storm .. call my company service never answer !! Call quality comfort they came very fast .. good price .. will call them always and tell our friends how good the service was … thank you guys to keep my kids worm in this cold weather

QCS was highly recommended to us from a neighbor when we noticed our system was cycling and not functioning properly as a result of a failing damper motor. We called the office and they had a technician at our house within the hour to diagnose the problem. The team was professional and informative and we were very happy with our service. We will continue to recommend QCS to others.

So very grateful for QCS!! They always take care of me. From my units making ice, to making crazy loud noises that keep my neighbors up, and my heat not working on one of the coldest nights of the season, I've had to depend on them several times. When QCS arrives, they are quick, professional, and not only fix whatever the problem is, they explain everything to me as well. They also offered a yearly service plan to stay on top of other potential problems. Love QCS!

The folks at Quality Comfort were easy to work with and conducted themselves in a professional manner. Keith Green was especially helpful in designing an entire system replacement/installation. I plan to continue to use them for maintenance and any further HVAC needs.
