We have a service plan through Quality Comfort. We called on 9/22 to schedule our preventative maintenance and they were here on 9/23! The lady that answered the phone and scheduled our maintenance appointment is always so friendly. Everado was our service technician. He was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He discovered an issue with our system and explained it to me in detail. He let me know how much the repair would be and fixed it same day! I can not say enough good things about this company! Will be recommending them to all of my neighbors and friends!

I found quality comfort many years ago when my a/c went out on Fathers Day. They were quick to answer the phone and able to come and fix the a/c that day. That was the day I found my HVAC team! They have been expanding but they are still all about the customer. Booking appointments are easy. If you need to change they are there to work with your schedule. In the event the technician is a little behind, they call to let you know and when you can expect them. They are very professional and will answer any question you may have about the service. The service contract is an absolute must! They offer monthly payments which is fantastic. I cannot say anything other than positive things about the Quality Comfort Team. If you are new to the area or looking for a change, Quality Comfort is the best in the business.

Following their instllation of our current unit, I have relied for years, on Quality Comfort for excellent service and maintenance of my HVAC. Recently, I called because my heat unit was not working. Everado, checked the unit out, and corrected the problem in a timely manner. HE was punctual, courteous, professional, and kept me lnformed. He alerted me that my generator power panel was not passing power to my heat unit....and that I should contact my generator service provider to have that resolved. He bypassed the generator power panel and restored my heat. Just one example of why I highly recommend Quality Comfort Services, Inc.
