I’m a commercial property owner and have experienced many HVAC companies. They politely fielded my call, listened intently and immediately sent friendly and competent technicians to fairly diagnose. Best in the business in my estimation!

Been happy with the services overall. Over-charged for a new thermostat one time, but I shoulda figured that given I was buying it from them. Lesson learned. Otherwise been good, timely, professional services.

My experience with Quality Comfort Services, Inc. has been less than pleasant. As they were working on installing new AC vents in our apartment they got dust and sediment all over our things. It's common sense to cover things before you start working directly over them but apparently the AC repair people either did not know this or simply did not care. When I confronted them with the issue they gave the excuse that because we live in an older apartment that dust will just travel all over the room. That excuse does not hold water when you consider the fact that the new vents they were installing went directly above our belongings that became covered in layer of residue. One of the employees was going to stand on my bed to work on the vents if I had not told him that we needed to move the bed first. They told us to get someone to fix the holes that they created. They cut into an area in the ceiling that seems to be where they initially planned to put the new vent in my room but decided to put it somewhere else, and just left it like that. They made a hole next to the new vent that was installed in my room. Also, when they were needing to get in the attic they created a hole, and at one point it looked like the lighting fixture was about to fall down.

In short, if you need AC repair I do not recommend Quality Comfort Services, Inc.

I used to think highly of this company. That has forever changed. I purchased a new HVAC system with sensors back in Nov 2021. They replaced the thermostat in Aug 2022 and as of Sept 2022 the system has not functioned properly. I have made more service calls to this company to fix than I can count and almost 6 months later the issue was not resolved by them. I will never recommend this company to anyone and have had to pay others to come and fix there mistake.

All contact with this company whether via phone in person or text has been so professional and satisfying. The installation was quick and the installers were congenial and very congenial and cleaned the site once complete. They also explained the system when finished. The fall checkup was excellent and very detailed and again the service tech was very professional and thorough. Highly recommend this company for all your HVAC needs. We’re extremely pleased
