Called for a issue with our unit. Josh came out and was very knowledgeable and quickly found issue. Proceeded to do a preventive service and cleaning. Hands down, we will use this service in the future.

They went above and beyond to make sure my 3 systems were working properly. This company is very professional. I will be using this company for a long time John , Keith, and i with I could remember the other 2 that came out but I will recommend 10 stars cuddos to this company

Fantastic quick service! The service man came out within 2 hours of my call to the office. Very polite young man, booties to come in my home. He explained every step of the process, the broken part, the solution to keep my heat working until a part was found. He kept me informed completely. Went and picked up, installed, and checked to make sure the new part was working. I am impressed with the knowledge and customer connectivity the service man exhibited. The repair dept. is not bad; good communication and accurate diagnosis of problems. The sales dept. is the reason for two stars. We received an emailed quote for $8k-$15k without the sales rep coming to our property. Concerned his quote was too high, we called Comfort Monster and their guy came the same day, did a thorough inspection of our unit, gave us an accurate quote and saved us thousands of dollars.

Incredible service. From sales to the install team and later the quality check up, they were all polite, professional and went the extra mile. Greg, the salesperson and both installation techs were willing to show me how the entire HVAC system works, and they even added an extra wooden board underneath the furnace for added stability. They went the extra mile keeping the area clean and gave me a walkthrough after the install. Very polite and good with my kids. Highly recommend them. You're in good hands with Quality Comfort.

After much anxiety over comparing numerous estimates and comparing products, service and costs, I chose Qualilty Comfort for the purchase of new heat pumps. The price was highly competitive without sacrificing any of the service levels other companies were boasting. The installation technicians were on time, work quickly, efficiently and left no evidence that they were ever here. The start up technician was extremely knowledgeable and patient with me as he walked me through the operation of the new control units. From the initial estimate through the final check to confirm my satisfaction, the people, service and product have been exemplary.
