The installers were professional, considerate, courteous and thorough. They worked non-stop on the removal and install of a totally new 2 cycle HVAC system with upgraded wi-fi thermostat. After searching for 2 years and obtaining quotes and then not moving forward, working with The Plumbing & Air Service felt "right". All quotes were basically in the same ballpark, however, with the timing of this purchase, I benefited from a lower cost which is great for a better brand and product. I can feel the difference in the level of coolness in the air compared to my 25+ yo system. Additionally, there;s the energy rebates and tax credits for energy efficiency in this upgrade! So there's even more savings! So far, so good. Next step is to get my attic space properly insulated! Then, I'll really be ready for a "Hot Summer". I highly recommend this company and will most likely use them for my rental properties as well!

Brian Weaver was a very helpful technician which was able to fix my AC stage issues I was having and guided me in the direction of each fix. I would highly recommend Brian Weaver in general or if you have persistent AC issues.

Everyone was knowledgeable and courteous. The technician explained our options clearly followed by a customer service technician who answered all my questions about buying a new system. The next day, the new system was installed, all in one day! The air in our house is cleaner and fresher now. The old system was no longer running well, a new installation was right for us. Thanks to Deshaun, Adam and Lee and especially to Taylor who was a great source of information.

Nathaniel and Tucker were were very personable and professional. They came and fixed my washer water supply and also installed a new hot water heater efficiently and effectively. The install was nice and clean. I feel Iike my money was well spent. There's no doubt who I'm calling for any future plumbing needs.
