Everything from the sales experience to the installation was top notch professionalism. We were given a thorough assessment (with pictures) of our system and multiple options of repairs or replacement. The installers were quick and thorough with their work and gave full explanations of what they did and how it works. They will tell you up front they are not the cheapest option out there BUT, the quality of the product and workmanship are second to none. Would highly recommend!!!! Thank you Blue service crew!!!!

Our HVAC system was installed on June 24th, however the cooling system kept switching off. We called the technicians and they came out immediately to fix the problem. The system would start up with cooling air, but after awhile, it would stop. We spent a very warm weekend in our home.
When I called again on Monday, two more ( male) technicians came and they got the cool air started again. However, it once again went to warm air. When I called the office the final time, they told me they would send their best technician. When I saw Kiandra, I told her " they finally sent a woman to do a man's job," and we both broke out in laughter. Well she found the problem and fixed it within ten minutes. We have been enjoying crisp, clean and cool air conditioning in the comfort of our home. I am a 75 year old Senior, and all I can say is " go girl with your bad self!"

They rescheduled on me twice. However, their technician, Austin, made up for it with his professionalism and wealth of knowledge. He was patient & willing to take the time to explain my system, how it worked, and upgrades/repairs that would benefit me in the future. Their maintenance plan is offered at a great price to cover all of your HVAC, plumbing and electrical needs.

Today I was referred to to this company, I am very impressed with the service so far.
I place a call late in the day with questions regarding an air conditioner and there was no hesitation they had Taylor come right over, he went over our concerns and questions. I would recommend him/and the company.

The Plumbing & Air Service Company now has an electrical department. I have used them before for plumbing and was very happy with their work. I was unaware that they also did electrical work, till this job. Johnny Blackmon, the lead electrician, came out and quoted the job. He was very professional and knowledgeable and understood what I needed. On the day of the work, Johnny and Tony were there, on time, and started the work promptly. They were quick and efficient and cleaned up as they went. I would definitely use their service again if needed.

Our AC unit was only 2 weeks old and the coils started to ice over, was disappointed. Bryan came out, diagnosed the problem, the wrong thermostat was initially installed 😡. Bryan replaced it and now it seems to be working fine. Wish it would have been right the first time but Bryan gets 5 stars.

We had our entire HVAC system replaced and everyone was so helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. Blake, Brian, Cody, and Austin were fantastic and so hard working. It was a very long day for them and we truly appreciate all their effort and hard work!

Great Company. Above and Beyond Professional. Fixed the problem, gave helpful information and alerted us to the Real issue and assisted us with having the proper parties be held responsible for the damage that those parties caused. I would Highly recommend this company. And Josh, TY. Even though you were in the Air Force. Always go ARMY! Hoo-ah!

Contacted The Plumbing and Air Service company on their website and was contacted promptly. Chris did a thorough inspection of my 28 year old HVAC unit and presented us with multiple options. We signed on Monday and thanks to a cancellation the unit was installed on Tuesday. Ryan and crew did an outstanding job. The installation was professionally done and the area left neat and clean.

I was very satisfied with the work done by plumbing and air service. Dylan and the installers Patrick and Calbe did an excellent job fixing my toilet issues. I will definitely use this company again.
