Austin and Desean especially, did excellent work. However, plumbers were late and pricey; and Desean was given wrong instructions -he called Austin and they did work in 20 minutes that I waited all day for! I will not use this company again but do praise the young men whose came through for me.

I just wanna give a huge shout out to this company, I’ve used them several times for various projects. Not only do they come out and do what they say they’re going to do they also give you a full inspection and a list of options of various price points and an honest opinion about which option might be best for you. I had them come out to fix my sink that had a rusted pipe but they did a full inspection and found that my plumbing system was in serious need of TLC, which makes sense my house is older, they provided photos and they provided me literally eight different options. I just recently use them to install a dryer vent and not only did they come out on time for the inspection and quote they were able turn around and do the installation the next day. I was not able to be home but they were in constant communication with me about what was going on and even gave me great advice about my next steps. I wish I remembered the peoples names that handled my plumbing but for the heating and air side Austin was absolutely amazing. Every step of the way from their dispatch, to their techs Was just wonderful. They are incredibly professional, incredibly kind, and so thoughtful with how they do things. Not a single footprint of mud or anything in my house they took every precaution. I’m not sure how their price point compares to other people because I literally will not go to anybody else, but for me it is within reason especially when they give you different packages that you can choose from to really get what you can out of your budget. I absolutely will call them back for any of my needs!!

Very courteous and professional. As far as responsive, we had a bad experience with lack of follow-up and care from another company. Time will tell about this aspect of Plumbing & Air Service.

Our tech was thorough when conducting the maintenance check. He discovered things that the last tech failed to see. I'm glad we were informed of what was going on with our system. Although I feel like the last tech failed at his inspection, this tech was outstanding and hopefully we can get him again when our next maintenance is due. You guys got this one right this time.

Sales rep Denny was awesome! His connection with me as a customer was very personable and he was the deciding factor to choose you over others for my purchase even though his quote was slightly higher than another company’s. He made me feel like I could trust him and the company he represents.

The installation crew was very professional and courteous! They worked around my schedule as both I and my daughter both work here from home. They made sure that any work in our offices was competed before we had to begin working and were very good about keeping the noise to a minimum so that we were not disturbed while working.

I will definitely be recommending your company to anyone I know who needs services you provide.

Was on time very polite, professional with excellent customer service. Got answers to my questions and concerns very quickly would definitely do business with this company again and highly recommend them.
