Due to a hot water line leak in the slab of my home, I called
Plumbing & Air Service Co. to totally re-plumb my home using new pipes installed in the attic. I felt very fortunate that I was
able to have Adam and Patrick come to my home to do the
installation. I felt they were both very qualified and did an
exceptional job. On the second day, they had Cam assist them.
I really appreciated their informing me about what they were
doing and answering all my questions. They also did a good job
cleaning up and I would be proud to recommend them and

I had a plumbing problem with a break in my main line. They were quick getting it fix and professional even though I had lots of questions since it is a newer house. They came on a Sunday to look at it not costings me any additional fees. The company was very quick in scheduling a date to do the work. After working on it they advised me that AT&T had a wire buried next to the broken line and ended up being the cause of the problem. They took pictures of it for claim purposes. I will definitely use them again and recommend them for honest work.

We needed a garbage disposal replaced after 21 years of use. I realized I was probably in over my head once I brought home a replacement, so I called The Plumbing & Air Service Co. and had Caleb come out to provide a professional installation.

Both our systems are new. The air conditioner was not cooling the house. Austin responded quick and he several trial and errors he found the issue. He got the unit running but will have to return to put on the new part. My unit in my opinion was broke when it left the factory. Which does not surprise me because it seems you can't buy anything now days that doesn't have some type of issue. My wife and I have had nothing but awesome service from this company. Which that make me feel.beter because I work out of town alot and they have showed up and fixed the problem when she has called them.

Keith was our service tech today. He took his time explaining and answering an questions. He was very attentive. He verified with owners regarding any questions that he could not confirm.

The whole experience was truly a blessing for me because I had given up on Saturday. But on Monday morning I was called and reassured that they would work something out for me and they did. God's continued blessings to all involved with seeing to it I got a brand new heating and air system!

I actually received services from Allan & Blake. They were awesome. Helped us understand our HVAC system, the importance of how things work & the severity of things. I would recommend them to every call possible. Thank yall so much for the awesome work, responsiveness & thoughtfullness!

Crew was courteous in my home. Office staff knowledgeable and can get the right technician dispatched quickly.
I was well informed as to the process and scheduling.
They stayed as long as was necessary to get the job done.
EVERY TECHNICIAN THAT CAME TO MY HOME IS WELCOME TO COME BY AND SAY HI!
This company also maintains my HVAC system. Staff is great. Cleaned up after themselves. Put back items that had to be moved.
I have had interactions with at least 15 technicians. They present themselves as professionals, no matter their skill level. They seem to like what they do. They want the customers approval of their completed work. They are the kind of people you want maintaining your home.

The plumbing and air service got right on it when our air went down. They sent Brian out to work on our unit he done a fine job, He found the problem and got us up and going thank you very much Brian!

Timmy was on time, very respectful and honest. He provided all options to me, and did a very clean and thorough repair to my toilet.
