Every time we have used them in the past, including today, they have been very professional, and willing to work with us. This is by far one of the best companies that I have worked with. Nathaniel was nothing short of amazing! He installed a new main water shot-off valve and expansion tank for our water heater. He was understanding and very detailed when it came to describing the work we needed done. Be sure to ask for him if you need your plumbing done the RIGHT way!

Had leak in water heater that was in our attic. Plumbing and Air Service came, quoted new tankless water heater system and installation within a couple of hours after I called and did the complete install and removal of the old system the next day. Very good service. Very easy to work with.

John came out & fixed an electrical light fixture in our crawlspace with lightning speed! Love this company, their staff is highly knowledgable, they never leave a mess & they answer any questions or concerns you may have. Many thanks for another excellent job!

I'm not a review writer, but in this instance I have to. Tec arrives early and gets to work right away. Very professional, very clean and organized. Also, for the work they perform, the prices are very good. I will gladly pay what they asked for the work they performed and how they performed it. Next issue I have whether it be heating, plumbing, or whatever, there is no question or shopping around. Pick up the phone and call them, you'll be pleased

Dylan did a great job cleaning out a blockage and diagnosing the problem. He was kind and courteous and professional. He even adjusted the placement of a fitting for me.

The Plumbing and Air Service Co. always provide excellent service. Last year they installed a heating and air system that dropped our electric bill by 40% or more. They price was competitive and their employees are always friendly and professional. We also got a free year of their Blue Advantage service that gives us two HVAC inspections and one plumbing inspection for free each year, plus discounts on any services. The plumbing inspection came in handy this year when the technician identified a problem with our water pressure value and overflow tanks. I had noticed a whining noise coming from the pipes upstairs in our kids bathroom. The noise was very evident when they took a shower. Everything for the most part work great, but I had not heard that noise before and it concerned me. I did not mention it to the tech when they arrive. I figured if there was something wrong they would find it and sure even they did. I did not have them fix it that day I wanted to read over the report and compare. They did not find any other issues and told us our house and plumb looked great. They did not contact us again after the initial report. After I my research I called them back to fix the pressure value. They came out the same day I called and the problems were fixed in a couple of hours. Their price was reasonable and their service people were professional.

Cody is a well trained technician and very well versed in the art of blarney. He is a joy to talk with and does not hurry unnecessarily. He does, however, get the job done in a timely manner.
