I requested an appointment last night because AC was not working. I received a call from The Plumbing Service Company around 9 am the next morning and Dasean was here soon after. Dasean explained what was wrong in a way I could understand it and showed me the issue. He was professional and easy to talk to. I would rate the service a 10 if I could because of Dasean.

Great service. They showed me what was lacking in my system and had proposals ready to go to fix the shortcomings. Once we agreed to the updates they had the installs made within three hours.

Josh and Jerry were very professional and got my main line unclogged in a timely manner. Tiffini and Chrissy were very friendly and helpful over the phone and kept me up to date with everything that was going on! Would highly recommend this company for any problems you might have!

This company is my first choice when I need plumbing repairs done. I appreciate the fact that they are very reasonable.and try to offer options to save money for their customers. They are fair, respectful and professional.

Josh was fantastic. He explained me everything in detail and got the job done. I called them in emergency and he showed up in less than 40 minutes. I would highly recommend them.

David is phenomenal! Despite being totally booked from the frigid temps that caused widespread issues, he still made a late evening call to our house instead of making us wait another day without hot water. He took the time to really explain what happened to our hot water heater, how to take preventative measures, and made sure we were set before leaving. I know he had a long day of work, but it didn’t show at all. He really took the time to make sure we were alright instead of rushing through everything. It’s been a hard week but with this finally resolved and David’s kindness and great service was so nice. I’ll definitely utilize this company again and would recommend to my friends and family.

Service was performed within a reasonable time frame. Communication was good. Service could not be personally observed, so work will have to be trusted.

I have never felt more ripped off in my life than my experience with Plumbing & Air Service Co. The business model when it comes to water outage is to take advantage of desperate customers at their mercy. They wouldn't provide even basics over the phone, like water tank pricing, apparently because they try to lump tank and labor pricing into astronomically high flat fees. Once you get them out to your house and pay the "estimate" fee, you have wasted half a day of work and feel trapped into using them.

Their water heater install price was about 3X what it cost me 10 years ago.

Their valve installation price for a pressure regulator valve and shut off was $725.

I don't usually leave reviews, but companies will continue to push Covid/"its a different world" as a rationale for maintaining high prices if consumers don't challenge them on it.

In short, I could not be more disappointed and would not recommend the company.

[Update: To add insult to injury, even after paying their ridiculous prices, the hot water heater didn’t work!!! It took a week of daily visits for their team of experienced professionals to figure out they had the wires reversed.]

Joe is the absolute best. He is extremely knowledgeable. They do incredible work and stand behind it. I am so thankful for this relationship I have built with them for my Airbnbs. You can't ask for better!
