I called around for numerous companies to remove a boiler from my home; the company would make an appointment, but wouldn't come, call or text, very frustrating. I called The Plumbing & Air Service Company, Taylor came out the next day, he was very kind and professional, the appointment was made for my boiler to be removed, I signed a contract with The Plumbing & Air Service Company that day for HVAC service, that is how impressive the salespeople and the office staff are. I called and spoke with Tiffany for a plumbing service that I want, the appointment was made for the NEXT day, Tiffany called in advance as she said she would to let me know David and Kaleb were on their way. OMG, two very, very kind, respectful young men. I was not pressured to service my plumbing issue and was given three options to choose from when I am ready to have my plumbing issue addressed. The plumbing issue was explained in a way that I myself not being a plumber, understood what was being explained. I asked David and Kaleb to explain it to me the way they would explain it to their mother, wife, sister. With so many companies trying to sell or service something that doesn't need to be bought or serviced, it is wonderful to do business with a company that seems to be truly honest. I have had very positive experiences with this company, and I know you will too.

Bryan, from The Plumbing and Air Service Company, was amazing. He came quickly, did an exceptional job, and was very personable. He solved my problem quickly and got my system up and running in no time. They are my "go to" company from now on.

Bryan weaver is one of the greatest workers in the history of housing work I have ever seen he works for this company and if he is any representation on how the rest of the company is this might be the best company for household maintenance and repairs to ever exist. I was in the market for a home generator system, and after talking to four other Generac dealers, I settled on The Plumbing & Air Service Company. Their price was in line with other local companies and overall, they had good reviews online. Their sales representative Jon came to my home, listened to my needs, surveyed my electrical and gas services and presented me with options. While most companies might try to sell you more than you need, that was not the case here… he quoted on a system that would meet my needs… not the largest and most expensive.

I signed the contract, and the process started. The installation plan was presented and put on the calendar. Honestly, there were some hiccups as the process moved along; but, the company went above and beyond my expectations to address them and make sure I was happy.

The electrical team, Johnny and Tony, were great! And likewise, so was the plumbing team (for the gas lines), Ethan and Tanner. They were prompt, courageous and professional. And, they cleaned up behind themselves! When the aforementioned hiccups happened, Taylor, the Manager of Operations became involved, and went the extra mile to insure my satisfaction… whatever it took.

An installed home generator is not a small investment, and you want it done right. The Plumbing & Air Service Company did a great job and made me a raving fan!

Our thermostat quit working. My wife can't tolerate Temps over 70°

They are 2 miles away and the house was 82°.

A service call was$50, I agreed to it. I was told there was a "flat rate" charge and it would cost $426 to complete the job with a basic thermostat, I agreed because I needed it fixed asap.

Later checked the price of a basic thermostat $30-$70.

So their cost could have been $120 plus "reasonable profit"

I wanted to understand why it cost so much and asked for a "breakdown" of costs in hopes it was billed incorrectly.

They refused to provide an itemized list for actual cost of repair.

In my opinion this price gouging is unethical to the point it should be illegal.

Patrick and Zack redirected some of my plumbing to the septic tank. Had to add a sink and pump during the process. Very knowledgeable guys and got everything tested and up and running. Left the place very clean. Their time estimate was almost exact. Highly recommend them and will be using them on future projects.

I called this company for the first time after five, when I found out my grandma's A/C went out. There technician came out one hour after I made the call. Got her A/C back up and running. He was professional, nice, and explained everything. We will use this company again, but ask for Cody.

We were very happy with the information that we received about our new Lennox system . Taylor took time to explain everything we needed to enjoy the comfort of our home. We are Seniors suffering from various respiratory ailments. He suggested additional items that improved air quality, and kills germs like covid.
We were very satisfied with his professional and personal approach in purchasing a new HVAC system.

Josh came to my house for a consultation of things I wanted to get done. He wasn’t trying to sell me anything, just gave me options with and educated opinion. We agreed on what I wanted and he got straight to work making sure to take care of my home and not track dirt anywhere. The company seemed to send their whole staff out to help with everything cutting a multiple day job into just a couple hours of thorough work! I’m so happy with my filtration unit, water heater, new pipes, new sink, and new faucets. They will be my primary plumbers going forward!
