Vincent was my service person and he was amazing. He went above and beyond to make sure the job was done right. He was here until late in the evening and had to crawl through a very small crawlspace under the house to complete the work. He did all this with complete professionalism and a great demeanor. I will certainly use them in the future. Aurora Pro Services is definitely the way to go for your home repairs.

I called to hire an electrician to check and repair some of my receptacles (inside and outside) Steve had arrived early and I asked if he could wait as I was on my way home from work. Steve had waited and said it was no problem. He looked at my concerns, gave me an estimate before he started, and repaired what i had authorized to do. Steve is very knowledgeable electrician and answered any questions that I had.
He was also quick, clean, efficient.

Came out to give an estimate on roof replacement. Very pleasant and very thorough in their evaluation.

Also front to back electrical upgrade on switches and receptacles. Totally impressed by the efficiency, knowledge and hard work that went behind my project. DEFINITELY recommend this company for your improvement/repair needs!! Would give 10 stars if possible!! On electrical inspection Mr. Guzman was extremely helpful; on recent HVAC repair Mr. A. Hernandez was spot on in resolving a multiple effort fix to my furnace. Very happy to have my major problems resolved in this old place!

Quentin was a graceful combination of a great service technician and super salesman. He presented himself in a professional and knowledgeable manner. I would not like to have to need plumbing service or any type of home repairs yet if I do need them Quentin is who I would call first, hands down. Great job Quentin,thanks again.

This is an update from the previous review. We just had a brand new heating and cooling system installed 3 months ago and all is well. I contacted Aurora recently because it was fall and we would begin using the new Furnace. I wanted Aurora to check the heat systems to ensure all was well before using the new furnace. I sent an email late at night and Aurora came out the very next morning. All is well with the system and the technician, Jonathan even showed me how to program the thermostat. The electric bill went down for the air conditioner so that is a plus. I almost want to give 5 stars but that is very rare for me. I am a harsh critic and for me to give 4 stars means the service is exceptional. The purchase costs for the units keeps me from giving 5 stars though.

So far so good . After 19 years, the old Carrier AC finally had to be retired and we had to get a new heating and cooling system. We got a new Carrier AC and a Bryant heater. It took 2 whole days because one of the Carrier parts had to picked up from somewhere else but all is well and so far the system works great. Its Nice and cool and quiet. Thanks to everyone, Robb, David, Regina, Michelle Alex, Jonathan and I think John but not sure. Also, thank the intern. Regina is great and very patient. Office personnel are just as important as the technicians. Both Michelle and Regina were kind and professional. I am glad I chose Aurora. Grandma should be proud.!

They did not show up for appointment then told us they might be able to come tomorrow if they have any openings when we have not had water for 3 days. Pretty much told us they didn't care that they couldn't come out. Would give 0 stars if I could.

Mr.Guzman was very informative and knowledgeable of the electrical work I will need. Fixed the breaker and made sure everything was working. I definitely look forward to a working relationship with Aurora.
Mr.Steve Collins and the whole team were great in the performance of sewer service. Very detailed in all that was wrong with sewer and fixed in good timing.
