Scam artists. Told my elderly mother who has a fixed income that she needed a new system though the one she got from them was only 13 years old and under a monthly service plan. They told her she needed a new system and her system was out of freeon when her air wasn't working. A second opinion from another company, and it turns out she only needed a compressor and NO freon. Compressor was installed and the system is running perfectly now.

I'm thrilled that we are reporting these con artists to the FTC and the State Board of Examiners of Plumbing, Heating and Fire Sprinkler Contractors. Don't give Bain a penny of your money. They are willing to scam elderly people who have been loyal customers. This company should not be trusted.

Had a great experience of working with Don from Bain Oil. Our old system was dead and Bain installed a new one. Really appreciate their honesty and expertise.

Never had a single problem with Berico- Bain wants your money. Clearly the old crew cared not the young. I was told they would contact me before any services done- nope- they called me to say the total after they finished. Now suddenly my reset button won't work and given most of us have to work I have to pay someone to come back out and turn on my heat. 15 years I've NEVER had any problem. Thanks Bain!🤬. Funny they try and blame the customer when the customer NEVER HAD A SINGLE PROBLEM UNTIL THEY TOUCHED YHEIR UNIT!! Megan said she would call BEFORE any work- FIRST LIE!! Then a call from service guy says all fixed- Second lie! Now NO HEAT FOR 3 WEEKS!! THEY WANT TO CHARGE ME TO COME FIX!?! UNREAL!!

On Christmas day, a young man named Steven fixed my 82 year old father's heater. It quit working and I know they were over whelmed with calls. Thank you for taking care of my father. You don't know how much this means to me and my father. He was very grateful and he said from now on, he will only use Bain.

Have had two experiences with this company.First time a dead Nest thermostat(new) installed prior to real estate sale.Steve came same day,determined problem/rectified issue.
Recently turned on furnace for first time-no heat.No emergency as we have gas logs.David came the next morning, quickly found the issue(we were pleasantly surprised) and we were warm when he left.
Both gentleman were friendly,knowledgeable and explained everything.Will be staying with this company when time for new HVAC.Needless to say,I RECOMMEND this company.
