I reached out to several electrical contractors to install an electric vehicle charger in my garage. Aurora Pro Services' quote came in at over 4x the amount of the contractor we'll end up using. The contractor we're using is licensed, bonded, and insured and is well established and trusted in the community. The egregious price discrepancy can only mean that Aurora was trying to take advantage of us.

Perhaps more important than the outrageous quote is the fact that my wife said she felt very uncomfortable around the techs that were sent out. She said they spent more time talking about household service contracts than they did about they job they were there to do. When they gave her the quote, they told her that they needed an answer immediately and would not allow her a minute to give me a call to consult. Then they tried to belittle her for not being "the decision maker" that they should have been talking to.

They also charged $60 just to come out and look at the job, whereas every other contractor was gracious about getting a chance to bid the project and of course did not charge for the opportunity to quote.

To their credit, the pre-consultation communication was top notch and everything beforehand seemed to be very professional. That's why they get 2 stars instead of 1.

Do NOT use this company!! Always get 2nd or 3rd estimates and you will quickly realize Aurora is taking you to the cleaners!! The honest grandmother marketing is a huge joke but they are the only ones chuckling. I feel confident that if Oscar responds to this post or the one I made with BBB, he’ll weave a whole different scenario. That’s okay tho…I wouldn’t expect any less from this gross excuse for a business. I know I was lied to and ripped off and they know it too. Is that why they can’t bring themselves to call as promised? Also, my friend has tried to cancel service with Aurora after what they did, and tried to do to me; however, they refuse to return those calls as well. I’m not bitter, I found an exceptional company that is honest and took care of my ac unit for less than a quarter of the $18,000.00+ Aurora wanted to charge. I really thought that after bringing some serious discrepancies to the owners attention, I would be fully or mostly reimbursed…? How about it??

I used Aurora Pro Services to install a backup safety kit and a power inlet for my generator and also they upgraded my circuit breakers. Johnathan was very helpful by suggesting what I needed to be done to accomplish my goal for back up power for my house. The office staff was very polite to talk to, they made you feel very at ease. The team that was sent out were on time and very professional. They made sure everything was working properly before they left. After the job was done Johnathan came back to make sure all work was done properly. I highly recommend this excellent company "Aurora Pro Services" The work was done "The Right Way, Not The Easy Way".

My regular plumber said he couldn’t get here for at least three weeks. I had to get my issue resolved sooner so I called Aurora. What a nice receptionist!!! From the time I called until the time Darren left (the next day), everything about my experience was pleasant and professional. Thank you Aurora for taking care of us so quickly and efficiently. I would recommend this company to anyone.

We had great service from this company. They scheduled appointments and then sent texts and emails with a picture and name of who was coming and the time frame. When they did the work they worked hard and cleaned up everything. They did a great job.

I've used Aurora since purchasing my home in 2020. Hands down some of the Best folks work for this company. I just love and appreciate them so very much. They have taken great care of me and today was no different, Franklin was such a joy to chat with while he did my electrical inspection. I appreciate the quality of customer service and honesty that they bring, because now days it's a lost art sadly enough. But that is not the case when you call on Aurora for your service needs.

Amazing! Darren was professional and did an amazing job with replacing my plumbing and installing faucet. Both Darren and the owner left my house spotless once they finish , they cleaned my whole kitchen! It was a pleasure doing business with people that respect your home and do quality job professionally and efficiently. Thank you so so much. Will definitely be using Aurora services in the future and I highly recommend this business.

Had to have a new cord and dryer plug installed. Franklin cleaned it all out installed it picked up his mess. Very knowledgeable. .. Definitely would recommend.them. I had Alex come out and do a preventive maintenance on the AC unit. He did a great job and then today I had Justin come out and check out the electrical throughout the house. He also did a wonderful job and very knowledgeable.

DO NOT use this company for your service needs, they over charge for the services they do provide. For the simplest of plumbing repairs they charged more than triple the estimates of other companies contacted.
I did use them, for reasons where I had limited options, but the explanations given for the pricing of this job were not understandable.They did not or would not give us a breakdown of the services provided or cost per hour or cost of parts, nothing. "We charge a flat fee and don't give breakdowns".

When contacted management talked in circles "...Our values come from a deep and powerful source" "We put our faith into our work." Just charge a fair price for a job well done and listen to your customers when they tell you their concerns.
