    The employees were very nice, but this company is way overpriced. Be prepared to pay double what the job is actually worth, and they’ll claim they’re giving you a membership discount. I won’t be using them again.

    I called Aurora to replace an outlet in my living room. When the electrician came he attempted to get us to agree on replacing all of the house outlets telling us they were a fire hazard. I told him that we only wanted only the bad outlet replaced. I was charged $450.00 for one outlet. I called a local electrician and he replaced two outlets and replaced the Kitchen ceiling light and all that only cost us $220.00. Do not use this services they will try to talk you into a whole house project and it will end up costing you .

    We had 2 separate issues; Aurora Pro Services quickly responded and sent people each time. Jeronimo helped greatly with the plumbing issue and Justin went above and beyond helping us with a stubborn electrical issue.

    I was quoted almost $2k to “attempt repair”. To clear a clogged pipe. I was to pay half upfront, but the tech made a “mistake” and put full payment instead of half payment. So paid in full in advance. When they came, they put a camera in my vent stack, and down my toilet. Maybe a hour, hour and a half to complete. Confirmed there was a blockage. Then tech went to his car and an hour later came back and told me his boss had informed me the only path forward was to demo and replace the pipe that was clogged. I asked where they would start since the tech couldn’t tell me where the blockage was. He said he didn’t know. Would start “here” and go from there. Not once was a sewer machine used in my pipes. Only a camera. That was the “attempted repair”.

    I went back and forth for another 30 minutes before I told him no. And in the end, tech told me what he would do if it were his house. And it wasn’t cutting random holes in my sheetrock, and random sections of pipe out.

    I then hired another plumber, who actually used a sewer machine in the lines, and in 30 minutes, pipes were clear. For 30 min of work, paid $450. And the problem was actually fixed!

    You tell me if that’s a fair deal? Never use them.

    I felt surprised and a little bit special that the CEO of Aurora had actually called me. No doubt it was in response to the scathing rebuke I posted online in their service review log. I had already paid my bill in full but needed to express why I thought my charge was unfair. It is clear to me that Aurora could have ignored my review, and simply let it stand as just another disgruntled customer - but, he didn’t. - Mr. Lopez called me back in an un-assuming manner and proceeded with a friendly premise to find out what had happened. As I explained to Mr. Lopez my complaint was never about the quality of work, but how the billing had occurred and why it seemed to be unfair to me. Mr. Lopez listened and explained his position. We both decided on the best course of action. I must say I never expected that a CEO of a company would call me to offer a fair remedy and solution to my concerns.

    The plumbers that came were very knowledgeable, and I want to comment Jeronimo for his excellent customer service skills as well! He was communicative, patient, and quick.
