Mr. Darren did his job and I enjoyed his performance however the prices he quoted me was crazy to say the least after I got second opinion I learned that it was just something simple and I was about to pay crazy money for nothing yeah I won’t be using this company no fault to the young man that come out 😟😤😠😡

Justin was wonderful and very knowledgeable about everything and made me comfortable and I even signed up for service I would have him for service anytime thank you so much

the plumber that came out was very thorough we had to go back and forth with each other for a while and they finally took out the sub pump to look and see what had been in the line they discovered it was some type of t-shirt I'm not clear on what and how long it's been in there but they cleared it out pump are still working overall I appreciate the work but it should not took three visits due to the cost of charges for each charge of what they would do from snaking to a camera to opening up the system but as of today this is working he finally completed the test but they did cancel my contract after 6 years

We were told we had some electrical problems and this is the reason why our dryer had a burning smell. Well Thanks to Franklin Guzman he checked out things and advised me it was a new Element on the dryer and that’s the burn smell. He did make some recommendations which was greatly appreciated. Overall he was very professional, very knowledgeable and understanding. I would highly recommend this company and Franklin if you are in the Greensboro, NC area 😊

I've had Darren out twice now for service. Both times he's been extremely professional and knowledgeable. Joe A. did some plumbing work for me and was quick and answered some questions I had. I definitely recommend Aurora, I would absolutely use them and their team again!

Will was very polite, and thorough doing his job. He did just exactly what I wanted done. And then came back out to make sure everything was OK.

Franklin Guzman was dispatched to our house to diagnose an electrical issue. He was extremely thorough and professional. He was very respectful to not only my family, but to our home as well. Franklin succeeded in finding the issue and help with a resolution. We are very happy with this service and will remember and recommend this company in the future.

The technician was prompt, courteous and presented us with an estimate of $1200+ to clear the line. I asked him what he was going to do and how long it would take and he told me he was going to run a drain auger through the pipe and it would take 1 hour. We had this done once before and it took about 45 minutes and the plumber charged us $200. After I caught my breath I told him this information and he told me the office was the source of the estimate and he would check again with them. They told him they could not adjust the price more than 5%, which is approximately $60. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Franklin, Jonathan and a third person who's name i cannot remember were great. They installed a generator connection to the house which resulted into a new electrical panel upgrade. They were professional, friendly and very knowledgeable throughout the whole process. I would recommend these guys as well as this company to anyone. Thank you Aurora for having great and professional people working for your company.
