Bain Oil / Bain Heating & Air Conditioning

I was very pleased with Bain Heating and Air. Bob, who is the man who came out to do the service was very nice and friendly. He solved our issues without trying to tack on more cost. He was very professional and answered all of my questions . He was also right on time , how refreshing . I would definitely use them again.

The service technician, Bob, was great. He was very knowledgeable and thorough. He explained everything and was upfront about the cost so that there were no surprises at the end. I would highly recommend this company!

AC went out and I called Bain Oil. They had a service tech out there within 30 minutes and I live about 15 minutes from Greensboro. The tech was very professional and had my AC running again within an hour. The cost was very reasonable. The staff is always very nice and professional.

Been using Bain for about five years and very happy with their service. We have an annual service contract with them which makes regular servicing of our ac and heating system easy to schedule.

Great experience purchasing a new Trane system. Don was thorough and explained clearly what needed to be done to upgrade my system. The install crew was prompt, polite and worked quickly as well as answered any questions I had. I look forward to continuing to work with Bain for my heat and air needs.

Bain installed new Trane dual systems in my home in the summer of 2012. After the initial manufacturers warranty expired, they continue to come out and inspect my units twice a year under an optional extended annual service agreement...which is worth every penny. They have always provided professional, prompt and courteous service. I had an issue with one unit recently and called Bain that morning and the issue was fixed that afternoon. If you are in the market for a new system, I would highly recommend Bain Heating and Air.

We noticed that neither our a/c nor our heat was working, so we called Bain to come out and take a look at it. Don was the service tech who came. Very friendly, listened thoroughly to my description of the issues we'd been having and walked me through every step of the process he used to figure out the problem. All of the costs were laid out for me before starting any of them once the problem was diagnosed, so there were no surprises in terms of cost. Everything was back up and running in a matter of an hour or so - much quicker than I might have expected given that I wasn't sure what was wrong. All in all a great experience. Bain has more than earned my repeat business for my HVAC and oil needs over the years.

Bain went above and way out of their way to solve the issues with our blower unit to get out air conditioner to work. They understood our problem and exceeded our expectations to help us get our AC unit back on track. We could not thank them enough for their service and customer relationships.
