    Danielle and Megan were informative and took excellent care of my needs. They got me on the schedule quickly and their communication was fantastic. I really like the text they sent letting me know that my tech was Jason, included his picture so that I'd recognize him, and that he was on the way to my house. Jason was thorough and explained everything that he was doing. The appointment was not rushed. Jason asked if I had any questions as he went over the entire system. There was no upselling or pushing the latest technology. He took very good care of my system. I signed up for the maintenance plan because it is giving me peace of mind to know that I have such wonderful people to rely upon. Kyle came out for a separate issue and was phenomenal. I was very impressed with his knowledge. Everyone is professional, knowledgeable, thorough, and kind. I can not possibly be happier. Thank you!!

    Go Green was a great experience. From the start by arranging or scheduling a service call. They let you know who with a picture to who is coming before arriving (security). When the technician arrives they listen to what the issue is before making recommendations. Once they assess and correct the issue(s) then courteously they ask if you may have any other concerns. They even came with boot covers before entering your home. Again Thank you Go Green Team and I will be seeing again for the maintenance. Much success.

    If I ever have another plumbing problem, I will call Go Green Plumbing!!! From the first call, everyone was helpful and attentive.

    We had a gas leak, Go Green Plumbing had someone at our house in less than an hour. Noe A was the perfect plumber for the job. Noe assessed the problem, reviewed what needed to be done with us, and updated us along the way. Noe had an amazingly positive attitude during the repair, that wasn't easy since most of it was under the house in the crawl space.

    Go Green Plumbing charged me $1473.15 and I still do not have a working kitchen sink. They charge $69 to come do an assessment. The plumber that came was too busy worrying about the other plumbing in the house instead of installing the plumbing in the kitchen as I called him to do. He initially quoted a price of over $2000 just to re-install plumbing under the sink. I told him I would just pay the $69 for the assessment and get it done another time. Then he said, my manager has some specials to let me go to the truck and see what I can offer you. He came back with $1473.15 and I agreed. Then he’s working and says we have a problem the pipe coming from the wall is too high and I can’t connect the pipes coming from the sink to it. He said his manager said that may be an issue before he even started but the plumber continued to try anyway. So, this tells me they knew during the assessment that they could not hook up the pipes correctly. He says well since I can’t complete the job I will only charge you half the cost. I said that’s fine. He said let me go to my truck and see how much it would be to move the pipe to the correct position. He comes back and shows me the tablet with an additional cost of $1056.83. Then he said he talked to his manager, the manager says I have to charge you full price because I started the job. They charged me $1473.15 and I don’t have a working sink!! Also, the customer service rep called when I answered, she hung up the phone. She called back then left a message, She clearly knew I was upset but didn't want to speak with me directly. This company takes advantage of people. I will be writing a letter to the Better Business Bureau and speaking with my credit card company to see my recourse for this incomplete job.

    The technicians were very professional and friendly. During the inspection they explained each thing they were doing, why it was being done and what the results were. They even cleaned up my carport even though they were not responsible for the debris! At the end they sat with me explaining each option with the pros and cons. They also volunteered to answer any questions about a competitor's quotes if I needed assistance.

    If you are looking for a professional service who stand behind their work, then choose Go Green. We’ve used them twice. Once for plumbing and once for A/C. Both times were exceptionally fantastic and most important easy. You have enough stress with home damage. The last thing you want is the repair person to give you the runaround. No worries with Go Green on that.

    Had Go Green come out to install a water heater recently. They got out here within a few days and replaced my 12 year old failing water heater for me. My tech Evan was very professional and made good recommendations. Overall a great experience and would highly recommend using Go Green.

    Gino showed up this morning to clean my dryer vent. He was extremely thorough and took his time to make sure the job was done right! This is my first experience with Go Green Plumbing and if Gino is an example of all their employees, I will be using them again!
