Cody & Jacob were fantastic during the installation of a water softener system. They were professional, pleasant, & thorough. They made sure to ask any questions pertaining to the home & to ask for my input when it was appropriate. Jacob took the time to show me how the system works, how to work the system, & how to check the system.
Lauren was prompt in response to any request that I made. She made it super easy to navigate scheduling, payment & questions.
I would highly recommend these amazing people to anyone, anytime.

These guys are the pros. They show up on time, they stay until the job is done, they do professional quality work, and they will take the time to answer any questions you have along the way. I use them on any serious projects because I know they'll do the job right. They're not the cheapest option, but I don't want cheap contractors working on something like plumbing or HVAC installation. You get what you pay for, and Go Green is worth every penny.

Absolutely blown away by the customer service and responsiveness to my repairs. I couldn’t ask for a more professional and knowledgeable group of repair specialists. John & Tevin we’re extremely polite and respectful of my home and family. They arrived right on time, handled all of my concerns and left my home extremely clean after installation and repairs. Absolutely a customer for life!

The motor blew on our HVAC unit. We had one company come out to give us an estimate last week and Mike from Go Green came out to give us a second estimate to replace. I put in the request Sunday and Mike was able to come out the next day. Mike did a great job of not only explaining what he recommend, he also showed me what was damaged and why he recommended what he did. He was upfront, but not pushy with trying to pressure me into making a decision immediately (I liked that). I felt very comfortable with him. I will have 1 more company come out to give me an estimate (just to do my due diligence), however, Mike and Go Green are currently in the lead. 5 ⭐️ experience so far.

In March 2023 my gas hot water heater turned 19 years old. While it was still operating, it felt like tempting Fate to push it much further. A small plumbing firm I had used for an emergency situation in 2020 had recently done some non-emergency work for me in late March, so I requested an estimate from them for replacing the hot water heater. They took photos, said they would be in touch. . .and I never heard from them again!

When good friends learned of this situation, they immediately recommended Go Green Plumbing, Heating & Air, a larger company based in Greensboro. Go Green had replaced their hot water heater in the not too distant past and they were completely satisfied with the company’s customer service, pricing, and craftsmanship. So, I called and two days later Go Green had their plumbing estimator at my home to discuss options and pricing, texting me a photo of and information about the person being sent in advance of his arrival.

From the start Jon impressed me with his knowledge and cordial, professional demeanor. Not once did he attempt any hard sell tactics. Instead, he was genuinely focused on learning what my needs were and determining what system options would work best for me, not the latest trends or the most expensive equipment. In the end he made a couple of recommendations and left the decision to me. The pricing seemed fair and given my friends’ endorsement I decided to hire Go Green for the project. Jon then called the office to schedule the installation and before leaving took video for the installation team. Since everything is digital these days, Go Green emailed me a copy of the estimate later that day and kept in touch with reminders and any updates regarding the installation date.

Go Green has dedicated teams for installations and on the scheduled day again sent me a text with a photo of and information about Jack, the main tech of the team. Jack and his partner, Tevin, arrived promptly on time and before any work was started went over what was scheduled, answered any questions, and made sure we agreed on the cost estimate. Both Jack and Tevin were also cordially professional, kept me informed throughout the installation, and if either had to enter the house, made sure to have coverings over their footwear to protect my floors and carpets. Their craftsmanship and customer service were excellent and the installation is far superior to my original system. Even the replacement of the exterior vent cover, which could have been problematic given size differences, ended up looking better than the original one! After Jack walked me through key functions on the new hot water heater and provided me with an instruction manual, we took care of payment and he confirmed the information Jon had previously provided about Go Green’s service subscription, giving me with a brochure and application. This is a service that will certainly be worthwhile!

I couldn’t be happier with Go Green Plumbing and their staff! They definitely provide excellent customer service and quality craftsmanship and Go Green is now my new plumber. According to Jon and Jack, Go Green also recently added a licensed electrician to their team. Excellent timing on that last news, as my electrician is approaching retirement age! I have a long-established relationship with another HVAC company, but it’s also comforting to know that should the need ever arise Go Green will be able to help me in that area, as well.

Dale was very helpful and professional. He explained everything to me and I trusted him when he gave me the invoice. It was refreshing having someone in my home who I didn’t feel was taking advantage of me.

We had the pleasure of having Mark to come help with our Plumbing issue. He was very knowledgeable about his profession and answered all my questions as well. It was our first experience with the company, they even have the best customer service as well. Thank you for a great experience and I would highly recommend Go Green, you will not regret it.

Ross arrived on time and went over the estimate and what was about to happen. He was very knowledgable and got right to work. I appreciate him being comfortable with my dog as well! Final product turned out great!
