I've got a major water leak under my house and a bathtub leak in my house and your company would not approve of finance agreement for approximately $1,900 to repair it so I still got these problems and I've spent $69 for nothing far as I'm concerned don't understand why y'all would not finance us make payment arrangements your technicians put me on two sites to apply for a loan I got turned down with both of them so that did no good so thanks for nothing I still got a major problem at my house

He was professional and respectful. Mike Heath was extremely helpful. After he completed the maintenance check, he took the time to explain everything he found. He was very patient with me, because I didn't understand some of the information that he was sharing. He was very professional, polite and informative. I want him to always be the technician that you send to my house for the maintenance check.

We used Go Green Plumbing to upgrade our whole HVAC system. The old system was almost 20 years old and every year we encountered an issue with the system, plus it was inefficient energy wise. DJ Durham and the team provided the best service. The whole installation process was outstanding from start to finish. From the beginning of the installation, they provided me with the action plan and stages of installation. I was always kept informed as they proceeded through the stages of the installation process. At the end of the whole process they gave me a detailed walkthrough of their work. It been one of the best experiences I have had with an HVAC company. They have competitive prices and my sales rep Jason Glancy did a great job of describing HVAC systems in general and providing different sales options. Keelan Taylor was very professional and conducted a thorough water heater and plumbing inspection. He completed a few minor adjustments and gave good advice on how to proceed. He is a valuable asset to your company as he is quite competent and willing to do the work needed.

Jonathan and Justin came to give us a quote on a new hot water heater. They really went above and beyond giving us all of the options, fair and truthful (and knowledgeable!) assessments, and even helping with any other plumbing questions we had. We will definitely call Go Green for any future plumbing needs!

I spoke with Nate who is the plumbing supervisor. He listened to my concerns and offered to make things right. Everything he offered had been full-filled and I really do appreciate his efforts.

Very disappointed in not getting my issue resolved. Frustrated. My first appt was cancelled. My second appointment had to be rescheduled to a later time. Was offered a $50 credit towards service and the technician who came out knew nothing of it.
Out of $300 for an issue that was not received. The tech dropped waste on my new carpet just days old. He did attempt to clean it up with clorox wipes. Stain was still left since it didn’t come out. Leak still happening in my kitchen.
Technician was nice but my issue still has not been resolved so I am not happy.
