Christian was very professional and thorough gentleman! I was able to go through options he suggested. I felt informed. Christian was helpful as he explained the details of the system and what each part’s functionality was compared to the current situation. We are working through our list now and making decisions. I appreciate the assistance and kindness I was shown today!

I got a bid from Jon, who was both knowledgeable and affable. His bid was not the lowest, and I didn't go with Go Green, but I'd like to use them at some point in the future.

Zach did our scheduled plumbing maintenance inspection throughout our home and performed the yearly water heater flush. He was very cordial and thorough. I alerted him about a hose Bibb leaking water when turned on, but I didn’t exactly know where. After his inspection under the crawlspace he discovered the leak. He promptly provided an estimate for the repair and I approved the cost. He returned to his work to pick up the needed materials. He was done within an hour for the hose bibb repair.

We were looking for other estimates to replace AC. This company was quick to get someone out here next day and sent out the best! Or so he made it seem. Mitchelle took his time (not too much) and took down every detail necessary to help provide the most accurate description on what was happening and our options. Every question we had he was quick to answer to with a great explanation. Even re-reviewed his finding with my husband over the phone without hesitation. We appreciate the professionalism and knowledge provided. 10/10 so far!

Go Green Plumbing goes above and beyond. The sale rep Jason was amazing with explaining everything step-by-step and was very helpful. Preston and John were very respectful and kept me updated throughout the day. They were very helpful with advice. A problem came up so Garrison show up and solve the problem. Jason also show up to make sure things were going well. The manager came out to check on his crew. Wow. Overall, impressive all around teamwork. So thankful we went with Go Green

Stephen is an excellent technician. He is a very knowledgeable and polite young man. He diagnosed and fixed the problem with my A/C quickly. I am a new customer and I like the family service plan they have. I will be signing up for that. I would have given 5 stars except that I had an appointment for the day before and the company cancelled on me at 3:30. Curtis is a very polite rep for the company who kept me informed about the delay and then helped me reschedule for the earliest appointment, for the next day. However, they did give me a $50.00 credit and an 8:00 AM appointment for the next morning. Luckily I am retired so I didn't have to take off of work to keep these appointments. In the end, I was very satisfied.

Prompt response to my request for service and quotation. Arrived in a timely manner and provided options for my service. Once option was chosen the team returned to their facility to get all the equipment needed. Very professional team that cleaned up as they went. I'm pleased with the quality of their work and equipment installed. I highly recommend Evan and his apprentice.

Jon, David, and Evan have been a joy to work with and have put in exceptional labor over our last few visits.

We appreciate their efforts to take the time to explain processes in layman's terms to us and were incredibly transparent about cost.
