Ross was on time and very respectful, positive and professional. He clearly described the work to be done and it’s cost and offered several options for prioritizing needed work after an assessment. While pricing was definitely on the high end, I feel confident work was done well by a reliable professional.

I like this company used them for my hvac a few months back and now for my water heater repair. However I was not too pleased this time around. Again I will say customer service is great and if you have an issue they are fast and efficient. My gripe this time around is I paid over 4K to have water heater replaced and leak repair for the kitchen sink. I was told that is was tubular and a seal that was leaking and paid for the repair. Before he left I caught that it was still leaking and it was then discovered it was actually the garbage disposal. So basically I paid $400 for something that didn’t need repairing and quoted another $500 for the garbage disposal. Then a day or two after the install of the water heater had to call them out because water was just like warm. Well it was never set to proper temp settings and was not checked before he left. Bottom thermostat was set way lower than top. Also he had to put another pipping on the side that he had forgot to do initially. I just was not pleased this time around. I’ve spent over $15k with this company in less that a year. I like the people and customer service but this was unacceptable for me. I will be using someone else for my garbage disposal repair because I can’t see giving $500 to them when I already paid $400 for something that was not the problem.

I made an appointment for a Friday afternoon, the window was from 12-5. I took off a half day to get my HVAC worked on. They called me at 3:30 to tell me they would not be able to come to my appointment because they were “tied up” with other repairs. They offered me after hours which is $100 more! Or come Monday which I had already used PTO time for Friday. She didn’t seem to be remorseful or give me a sincere apology. Very unprofessional and would never recommend them to anyone!

Loretta came to diagnose our issue and generated quotes. She was really nice, fast, and willing to help. Kaleb and Neal came out to replace the water heater and did an awesome job. They were very courteous and professional. I would definitely recommend Go Green Plumming to anyone looking for quality work and excellent all around service.

It's been a few months and we signed up for their AC service. They were very professional and persistent about getting us on the schedule so we didn't waste our money. Today Jason came out to perform the service and he did an awesome job. He had a very pleasant demeanor and informative when explaining everything. We had a very positive experience yet again, and plan on using them for all of our future needs.

Just a all around professional company Go Green Plumbing an Heating has always shown me a customer service that is great quality and they have friendly and respectful technicians. Every time I call them they always answer in a pleasant way

Jacob, John, Jeremy, and Matthew were really great to work with. I was so grateful for their commitment to getting the job done and their timely responses. They replaced my furnace and AC unit in a tight crawl space overcoming the challenges of working with a 100 year old house. Would highly recommend them if you're looking for anything HVAC!

Technicians always tell you what they are going to do and also what they would recommend having done. Skilled and professional every time they've come to do work. They communicate when they are arriving and it's pretty easy to get an appointment.
