Terrible experience with this company and I wouldn’t recommend using them. I utilized their services three times; one was proactive on their part noting a toilet of mine wasn’t functioning properly. Afterwards, was two service calls because the same same toilet they serviced overflowed twice within a week leaving water all on my second floor. Both times they said it was a clogged toilet and insinuated it was user error. When I called back Nathan, the service manager’s response was “ we have proof the toilet was working when we left”. What a great way to stand by your work.

All of the Go Green employees I have interacted with have been professional and have delivered as promised! Ross Baxter came out to our home to look at several pluming issues that need attention. He was thorough and very personable. He took time to listen to my questions and offer his expert opinions. He created several pricing options so we could make a decision that best fit our budget. Once we decided on our option, Meghan worked with me to schedule a time that would fit into my busy schedule. I really appreciated that she made sure we knew that we chose the option where we agreed to provide the toilets so that there were no surprises. Kim called me the day of to let me know Ross Baxter was on the way and he arrived on time. Ross installed two new toilets and he did an outstanding job. He completed the work efficiently, professionally, and he cleaned everything up! I couldn't be more pleased! Go Green is our go to plumbing company and Ross will be our go to plumber!

Go Green Plumbing is excellent. Contacted through website late at night, and Chelsea called me first thing the next morning. She’s extremely friendly and got me set up quickly with an appointment.

My appointment was with Mitch. Immediately, you could tell he’s passionate about his work, very knowledgeable, and very experienced. He reviewed all pricing options with me and answered all my questions so that I fully understood everything to make an informed decision. I didn’t have time to do the entire install first day (because I had prior obligations), but Mitch very quickly handled what he could on the first visit. He scheduled my next visit with another tech without me needing to reach back out for an appointment.

Josh and Guido came to do the bulk of the hot water heater install. They arrived at the scheduled time and were very professional. Answered all questions I had and explained all the new functionality and installation details thoroughly. Very easy to work with and great finished product!

Had my reverse osmosis under counter filters replaced and our serviceman replaced them in record time and did not have any problems with too much air in the line that usually happens when replaced.

My appointment was rescheduled five days in a row, so I finally gave up and went with a different company. The company I chose as a back up was on time and had great pricing. I should have hired them to begin with.
