The guys that work in counter sales are great. Knowledgeable, helpful and very well mannered. I appreciate the quality customer service that I received. Recommendation from me based on that great service and their availability of parts needed to repair a 20+ year old furnace.

They are slow and will let you stand in line while they talk to other people about what they did the night before, won't go there unless I have no other choice because there the only one who has the part I need
