Fire and Ice HVAC

I had two ecobee smart thermostats that I needed installing. The home advisor site put me in contact with Fire and Ice and Joe came out within two hours. Coincidentally my heating went out downstairs that morning. Joe fixed the heating issue and installed the thermostats. He was very thorough and professional and he was proficient in everything that needed to be done. One of the thermostat sensors wouldn’t connect so Joe took the time to troubleshoot with an ecobee technical advisor. I have no hesitation in recommending Joe and his company and will definitely call him again when I need help.

Awesome experience - Joe troubleshot the fire place issue very quickly and then was able to provide a estimate to fix it. Fixed the issue with new parts in less than an hour! I would recommend them to anyone that has an old fire place and is having problems finding service. Thanks Joe!!
