Everything was just awesome! Love the service. Everything he had to do he would explain it.
And he would let me know what he was doing and why. If he had to go outside to do something to the furnace he would let me know, he was going out there. Need more people like him.

The estimate, The technician Tara Delp came on time, very knowledgeable about the systems she was very explanatory and even had some suggestions about a hybrid system that I have never heard of, she’s very knowledgeable to my awesome surprise; I very much like to see Women performing or out perform over man and great attitude.

I pre diagnosed the issue myself just didn't have the part needed. I paid the 89 diagnosis fee and then the tech tried to up sell me on the part needed. 300 Dollars for a part I got for 40. Just had to drive a decent distance to get it.

Big waste of time and money. They're just about making money, not customer service.

My granddaughter was home when he came. She is an adult. He was over an hour late. He did not have what was needed to do maintenance. So he has to come back to do it. Not happy. Had already given credit card for maintenance service.

Joey came out, took a look, and had my AC cooling in no time. He was knowledgeable, professional and unbelievably kind. I will be contacting him for all my future needs .

I have been very happy with twice a year maintenance. Twice minor issues were identified and repaired before issues became major. Always on-time and courteous.

Our heat went out at roughly 3am on a very cold Friday night. I called several companies in the morning to see if I could get anyone out on Saturday to fix the problem. Air Treatment returned my call within a few minutes and told me they would get someone out asap. Joey showed up and was very professional, he had the issue diagnosed in less then 10 minutes. Less than 20 minutes later my heat was back on and working better than ever! The original installer had mis-wired the blower motor, only allowing it to work on one speed.
The price was reasonable and the service was impeccable! I will use Air Treatment from now on.

He also wore a mask, which communicated to me that he was concerned about his welfare and ours. Joey showed up on time and completed the work promptly and at a fair price. During this pandemic, I want to say that it's the little things like wearing a mask despite an individual's personal views and feelings that cause me to recommend them to those I love and care about. Arrived early but phoned ahead. Performed checkup efficiently and unobtrusively. Austin is very polite and professional. Thankfully no repairs needed at this time. Not that I'll be able to run it much with the price of natural gas.
