Air Treatment Inc. Heating & Air Conditioning

After my AC went out during the hottest part of the summer, I was in need of a quick fix. It was close to the weekend and I was worried I would have to wait the whole weekend without air conditioning. Luckily, Air Treatment was extremely flexible and worked with me to get my new unit the very next day! It was also very easy to reach someone at the company to answer questions. Jeff did an exceptional job, was extremely personable, and made me feel comfortable with my purchase.

Great service , they provided me with a text of the technician Hector... he was very professional put on the shoe covers everytime he entered the house and I didn't even ask him too. Nice guy... I look forward to doing business with them from this point on. I hope Hector is my permanent tech it's good to build relationships ans trust with companies.

This company goes out of their way to help if needed. When we lost heat during a severe cold spell they had us cozy and warm the next day even had to go out of town for the parts but they made sure we had heat before nightfall.

He called prior to his arrival and gave me an estimate time for that arrival. Our heat cut out on a cold day late in the afternoon and thankfully we were able to get Air Treatment to come out same day. It turned out the gas valve on our furnace was bad but Austin was quickly able to identify the problem and get it fixed. Austin and his associate were professional and knowledgeable and we look forward to using Air Treatment again in the future.

Tara was very personable & helpful in diagnosing the problem with one of our units. Parts were ordered. And wait time explained. While we understand the wait times on parts we also had routine maintenance scheduled with the repair appt & we were told they wouldn’t do the maintenance on the other 2 units until they got the other repaired & running again. Not sure why the maintenance on the other 2 units couldn’t have been performed in this scheduled maintenance appt. Especially since I was already down one unit during freezing weather. It would have made me feel better knowing there were no issues with my other 2 units or if there were parts needed for any reason this could have all been ordered at the same time.
