The plumbing professional (Quentin Brown) was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and personable about my plumbing issue. He diagnosed the problem quickly and accurately; then he kept me informed about all that was needed and the costs for repair. That enabled me to make good decisions. I also gave him some additional work that needed to be done and he happily fixed all of my problems. He is exactly what I needed, when I needed it. He is extremely good at his work and treats the customer very well. Thanks CCAC.

Matthew was very professional, informative, and answered all of my questions patiently.
Most of all, he enjoyed teaching my four year old grandson while he was servicing the unit, as he is obsessed with the mechanics of HVAC units since age 2!

My tech David was fantastic! I thought the job was going to cost a whole lot more and much to my surprise and delight. David was able to determine that it wasn’t a much cheaper repair. He was Quick, professional, and terrific to work with highly recommend the company for Neighbor HVAC needs.

Bought a house with a new system installed with it. The package they offer carried into the new owner, and their service is IMPECCABLE. I do not know anything about HVAC. CLUELESS. They come out every year for free as apart of the unit warranty.

Texted when in route, on arrival he introduced himself, told me he was there to give me a 5 star service and I feel that was exactly what I got. Answered all my questions, explained what he was doing, went over service plan options. Very concerned that I was pleased with everything. I want him to service my heating system this fall.

Joseph was personable, courteous and professional from start to finish, explaining, in detail, what he was going to do, then covering all of his work and findings upon finishing. He was able to easily replace two hard to access filters that we could not, and had been in place since our house was new. Very respectful of our house by making sure to use boot covers any time he was inside the house, and very careful not to damage anything whenever moving his ladder through the house. It was a pleasure to have someone who took such care in providing excellent customer service, the reason we will use Central Carolina A/C, plumbing & Electrical whenever we need any services they provide.

Arianna was AMAZING!!! She taught me so much about our systems, filters ( which I've never known as my recently died husband did). Even cleaned the outside of heat pump!! She really goes above & beyond and ever so pleasant!!

Justin and his assistant came in and did all checks necessary for our maintenance. They were both so helpful in being quiet, which was very, very important to my wife and I who both work at home. He also put in my one difficult air filter for us. And, again, as noted above, they were both very professional. We are very happy with their work here today.
