Quickest response time! Jeremy was super nice, very professional (even dealing with a difficult group of people) and he explained everything going on and possible solutions. I ended up not using the company because of pricing....but the service was top notch. Very senior friendly.

This is a great company that we have an annual HVAC maintenance contract with. Their office staff are responsive and efficient. The maintenance personnel clearly communicate about their arrival time or any delays. They are well trained and trustworthy.

Roger and Mike were both great at their job. They explained everything comments in great detail and knowledge. I have been a customer since 2005, my faith in your company has never wavered. I always feel secure with my HVAC systems every visit. The technicians are superb! Thank you.

For A/C Spring Maintenance, Level I Technician Mike D. arrived early, had all needed items to clean/maintain the compressor, did a thorough job and clearly explained the process. Then Level II Technician Zac B. quickly corrected a faulty switch. Great job both! 5/5 stars. Thank you!

I’ve been with central carolina for about 5 years now. They’ve always been great but this was an outstanding experience. Ariana was so pleasant, professional, and was super thorough with her job. Arthur was SO thorough, knowledgeable and professional...as are all the CCAC employees! I especially appreciated his offering to check on something in our crawl space that wasn't part of his scheduled call to our house. Refreshing to see someone take such pride in their work and customer service!

Zach texted when he was on the way. He thoroughly cleaned the outside unit and left no trace. Spent some time in the attic on the 2nd unit, replaced the filter & cleaned the condensate line. When I went up to check on him, felt bad he had to deal with so many spider webs. Grateful for great customer service!

Every representative has been truly professional, checking all possible issues and repaired our A/C with expertise. Processes are explained regarding what needs to be done and how it will benefit us. We are so happy to have our A/C back up and running and now our drain pipe cleared of obstruction and we are happy that Central Carolina was able to schedule us and repair so quickly! Every visit is super positive, very professional and completed perfectly. Update 26 May 2023: Each experience we have is thorough and educational and sweet! Our A/C is back to normal and I know more than I use to about it’s care. We will continue to use this maintenance program as it is a perfect experience every time!!! UPDATE: June 2023- the representatives from this company have consistently been effective, communicative, professional with every visit. They teach us something new about our systems. They make effective recommendations and there is so much included in the maintenance contract that it has paid for itself. If you are not working with this company, you should be!

We thought we had a partial blockage in our plumbing line and Quentin came out and finally discovered that our septic tank needed cleaning out. He also discovered a hole in the pump system so he replaced the pump and he added a clean out to the outside line. He knew what he was doing and did it in a very professional way.

Matthew was so knowledgeable and patient to explain all questions. He made excellent recommendations and was just a great guy. The company has always been great for us. 💕😊
