The technicians Quentin and Lewis arrived on time and completed the sink and faucet installation efficiently. They were prepared for dealing with 90 year old plumbing and were very pleasant.

Great experience from start to finish on a large HVAC job. Chris was great to work with on the sales end. Answered all our questions thoroughly. Nick and the team did an excellent job replacing our HVAC systems. They were very professional, kept us informed, and even finished ahead of schedule. Definitely recommend Central Carolina!

We realized at 5am that our heat had gone out. With a 4 month old at home we can’t exactly go without heat. We called at 8am (the time they opened ON SATURDAY!!!). Willie was here by around 10am. He was super sweet and personable. He explained to us the issue and how he would go about fixing it. He had to replace a fuse and insulate the copper rod because wiring was touching it. It’s 12:45pm and he has just left and our heat is up and running full force. I’m so grateful for Central Carolina, I couldn’t imagine paying emergency fees from the other companies that quoted us almost double just for a diagnostics run. We will definitely be enrolling in their yearly service.
