Extremely pleased with Terrance's love for what he does. He is very personable which goes a long in way his field. I can attest to that from my own past service tech career. We had our annual electrical inspection and Terrance was able to assist me with some simple troubleshooting of an electrical issue. Terrance is now added to the wonderful and professional group of men and women service techs and CCAC that have entered answers serviced our home. KEEP DOING WHAT YOU ARE DOING AND DON'T CHANGE! They were here to do cooling system maintenance and Mike was very thorough and knowledgeable. He definitely gave 5 star service, checking ducting and all necessary connections , cleaning and checking the outside unit and changing all my air filters.
