I am very happy with the technician who came out and the professional service I received. I had all my concerns about my heating issues addressed and Tyler did a good job getting everything troubleshooted in a fast and efficient manner. I was very impressed with the the prompt response to my appointment request and the labor cost was reasonable.

Three days After getting the AC serviced as it’s regular required 6 Month inspection, the AC shut down. Keep in mind that I had no previous trouble with the AC. I was told that the drain system was flushed back in instead of to the outside during the scheduled maintenance. Since then every week since that scheduled maintenance my AC has shut down THREE times as it is not draining correctly. All of the technicians were polite, on time, and very professional.

The service manager, Steve and the head Technician, Jeff, came out to evaluate the whole house system that we had installed 2 years ago, that has given us nothing but headaches. Air Treatment and it’s management have acknowledged our frustration with the ongoing unresolved problems with our system. They listened and understood we needed a resolution to our problems. They work with their customers and want to make things right to provide complete satisfaction. Their philosophy is a happy customer is a loyal customer. First, the experience with the technician was great. However, it was a rocky road getting to the appointment. I had two previously scheduled appointments for a technician between 3 and 5 pm. First time I received a call at 3:32pm asking to reschedule due to weather. Second time, I received the rescheduling call at 4:30pm because the technician was behind and couldn’t make the appointment. I expressed my frustration and rescheduled for a third time. I asked a manager to call me (asked for this on Wednesday, it is Monday and still no call). The rescheduling during the actual appointment window is costing me each time since I have already left work. I’ve missed 6 hours of work because of this. May advice, if your schedule allows, book the first appointment of the day.

John, the technician was knowledgeable and took the time to show me the damage and explain the needed repairs. He was professional and timely. They showed up on time, unlike a competitor who cancelled the appointment a day before they were scheduled to show up, after waiting over a week.

Joey Coble came to our home to service our furnace. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He fixed the problem with the furnace quickly. The furnace is over 30yo and showed some health and safety issues. Joey did not try to pressure us or over-sell. He simply gave us a list of options for repair or replacement. We opted for the latter and we are very pleased so far. The install should take place in 3 days.
I’m confident there will be no issues with the install or future service calls. If that changes, I will post an update.
