Joey was our technician and as always we are very happy with his friendliness and professionalism. He arrived promptly, which is very important to me, and quickly got to work performing the yearly AC maintenance on the unit at my house as well as the one at my mom's house next door. We grandfathered into this company's service when we purchased this home and had no issues renewing the annual contract. The fees are extremely reasonable and come along with added discounts. Their customer service team is efficient, friendly and accommodating. The service technicians are polite, professional and knowledgeable. We have absolutely no complaints.

Tyler did a great job. Identified the problem quickly and explained it to me clearly, then got it resolved in short order. I signed up for the membership considering my system is 9 years old and I can probably expect more problems coming soon, so preventative maintenance and discounts on parts makes sense to me.
