The technician who was at my house was very nice and knowledgeable. He walked me through some options for replacement but the prices were terribly overinflated. I went with another company that was $6,000.00 less for the same system.

Super hot weather and AC barely working. Called at 4:50pm and technician arrived before noon next day. Answered all ?s and gave helpful advice. Been a very satisfied Air Treatment customer for several years.

I had an a/c & furnace installed by the company. It was one of my best experiences in 20+ years of homeownership! It was competitive pricing and Chris Tucker's experience, responsiveness, attention to details and desire to deliver the best possible solution that convinced me to choose the company. Chris spotted a duct issue that no other bidders did, he came up with creative ideas of installing new lines inside the house, he was patient answering all my questions within a couple of hours, etc. The installation team (Jorge, Jose and others) was on-time, efficient, highly skilled and professional. What impressed me a lot was how all people worked as a TEAM to deliver the best results. All went smoothly, on time and the experience exceeded my expectation. Highly recommend!

After spending most of the day at the hospital, I came home to no air conditioning. I called and even though it was Friday night and they were swamped with calls, Tyler was able to get to me and locate the issue and fix it quickly. Being a senior citizen with breathing issues, he was definitely my hero. Thank you Tyler and Air Treatment.

UPDATE 01/22/2022 Had to call this morning to ask for help with a new problem that popped up last night. Air Treatment was great, they responded promptly and sent Ridge over to help me with the issue. These guys are the best. Was concerned about going through another night with temps in the teens, but now its ok. Can't say enough about their customer care!
