The technician, Austin, recommended a screen to keep leaves out of the AC unit when I asked how we could do this. Friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I ordered the screen right away. I appreciated that he wore plastic booties over his shoes in the house. He vacuumed out the AC unit very well.

Ian brown, our sales man was friendly and accommodating. He even filed our rebate for us.The install technicians, john and Joey were wonderful.
They worked with such integrity long hours in the heat of July. They made sure we were aware of everything they were doing, installing and updating. Turns out our duct system was crap, and they replaced it without any extra charge. They were great and we were so thankful. Gordon the senior man who came in to complete the start up of our new A/C was oh so friendly and so experienced and knowledgeable. We love Air Treatment staff. They served us so well.

Chris is fantastic at making sure you understand the features and benefits of what they will install and comfortable with the work they will be doing...the crew was careful...Tanner helped us get cool again by making sure everything was working correctly and by showing us how to use the panel to set and control the system. I cannot speak enough of high recommendations about air quality. When you have Chris Tucker at the helm, and people like David, George, Mariano, and Joey, not to mention John who are efficient, timely, professional, and highly skilled at every task leave before them, and execute it with precision, there is no other expression other than to be left in awe. I’ve had horrible experiences in the past with companies like express air and been ripped off for over $500. I can assure you from my experience on more than one occasion the Air treatment will deliver and flawlessly. You may wait for a week or two, but that’s because they are so good at what they do that people are in line. Don’t waste your money or your time and just give Chris Tucker a call. Air Treatment, Inc does a great job overall. For every preventative maintenance appointment I get a reminder call the day before and a follow up call the day after the service to ensure I'm happy with their work. Sherman is the technician that does the preventative maintenance on my system. He is very thorough, conscientious, and takes time to go over the checklist with me to explain how the system is functioning. He cleans the unit and tidies up after himself. Highly recommend Air Treatment, Inc and their technician, Sherman.
