Tara came out for our spring maintenance. She was on time (early, actually), pleasant to talk to, and courteous. She was thorough in her inspections and made recommendations, taking the time to explain the things that needed replacing, what they do, and the effects/benefits.

Tyler was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He explained exactly what was wrong with my AC unit and fixed it quickly. He also explained the maintenance program available and I will be getting that at a later date. He also answered all my questions about the temperature settings on my units.

They replaced my old heat pump in 2014 and installed a ductless system in my addition in 2019. My electric stayed the same with their recommended systems even though I was heating and cooling 400 more square feet. Always on time. Great communication.

Quan communication was perfect before arriving. He check throuhghy on unit in attic and outside before giving the diagnosis. Was able to get my home back to a cooling point for my family and kids. At least we know about what needs to done to prevent any further mishaps. Thanks.

My husband noticed a problem with our heat pump. We called Air Treatment. Austin came out and checked the system. It took a while to find the problem because it was an intermittent problem. Air Treatment had the part needed and two days later we are back up and running

Needed a quote on a repair for my system. Not only was it more than double every other quote I’ve gotten but when I asked for a breakdown of the quote (parts, labor, etc) I was told that wasn’t possible and the info was not available. $8k for a compressor on a 2ton unit with no breakdown of the cost seems slightly insane to me. Also, you’ll get a bunch of texts asking you to leave a google review and I don’t recall giving any permission to receive text messages from this company.
