Will Robertson with Air Treatment did a great job working on my heating maintenance. He is very patient, knowledgeable, and helpful. He did a thorough job. Will definitely be resigning a contract with them in the future

Austin was on time. He was very thorough doing my HVAC annual maintenance. He showed pictures and gave a heads up on things to be aware of. His after visit report was detailed as well. Great Job!

2018 we had AT install 2 new York units. We have a yearly maintenance contract. Immediately we noticed the units did not cool well in the summer or heat well in the winter. Each yr we called and they would come out never really solving the issue. Our electric bills were also extremely high. I understand the business now has new management. Recently we called again as neither unit was cooling well. The technician Austin did an excellent job of diagnosing the issue. To date one unit had been repaired and the other scheduled. I understand York has issues with these units. The uncertainty to me now is who pays for the repairs. I do give Austin high marks but reserve final comment on the company until we understand who will cover the repairs on units that were clearly defective from the start. Not to mention the several thousand dollars we incurred in additional electric bills over the years.

The service was very professional and the work performed was of great quality. The technician (Will) that came was polite, informative, and straight to the point. The price though a little expensive was worth it due to the response time and service. Plus they offer a membership to knock off future fees and service. Definitely recommend.

Air Treatment folks found a problem with my a/c during a regular (twice a year) inspection of my HVAC equipment. They repaired it quickly. They always show up as scheduled and call a little before they arrive. Everyone has been pleasant and easy to work with.

Chris and his helper did an excellent job with the A/C and furnace installation. They cleaned up after themselves when finished. I’m very satisfied with the results. Would recommend.

We went with Air Treatment Inc even though they had one of the higher bids because it seemed like the salesman was more thorough and attentive, but as soon as they made the sale everything changed. The installation was sloppy and failed inspection the first time. It took months to get an inspection done and we were left with an extra hole in our wall that they covered with a dryer vent instead of repairing it properly with a thin brick. Phone calls and emails went unanswered several times. Then they kept telling us our Carrier rebate was coming when it wasn't. They were giving us a stock answer instead of actually looking up our account.

The technicians name is Hector. Hector was personable, professional and best of all he was knowledgeable. If I had a question he was not sure of he called the office and got an answer immediately. Totally no pressure…he gave me ALL of my options with prices and I made the decision to get a new AC to replace my 18 yr.old one.
I will request Hector for all of my maintenance and repairs. He takes pride in his work.

The installers of both my Upstairs AC and furnace were Jorge, Jose and Brandon…. Very polite, personable and when they left everything was as clean and neat as when they came in. Highly recommend these gentlemen!

Our AC stopped working during this100 degree hot spell. Within 24 hours, our system was cleaned, repaired and working great. Joey Coble did an excellent job. Thank you!
