I recently had heating maintenance done on my system..Will the technician along with another gentlemen was very professional as well as knowledgeable of what was causing my issues with my unit, I did get the part replaced as recommended the prior day by Ridge. I want to say my total experience within 24 hours was resolved and I am very pleased with the service.

Woke to no AC this morning. Air Treatment did my replacement a few years ago. Called this morning and by this afternoon I had cool air blowing! Techs are always pleasant and thorough. Very pleased 😀

The team at Air Treatment has always been responsive and helpful. Recently I had concerns about a noise generating after a service visit and they came and did a thorough evaluation and resolved the issue, for no charge, and graciously. Thanks to all, Ronny, Jio, Erik, and the in-house crew!

Update! My issues with this company are Punctuality, Communication and Mechanical Engineering. I had HVAC installed in October 2020 and it has never worked properly. The weekend emergency tech is rude and recommended leaving the unit off for 8 hours and get it looked at on Monday. After 3 repair visits that I had to take a full day off work for each one the service manager stated it was installed incorrectly from the beginning and would need replacement. I took another day off work on the day he stated it could be done and no one ever showed. After multiple phone calls a whole new unit was put in which involved another day off work. Within 24 hours I had to call again as the new unit did not fix the problem. We scheduled ANOTHER day for repairs. When that day came they were, again, a NO SHOW. I called the office and was told they had no idea I had an appointment. They sent a technician out late that day and he did part of the job but not the full job. They had to send another technician out, on Saturday, to finally complete the job. The office personnel do not keep the calendar evidently or there is a supreme breakdown in necessary communication and are of no help. As a widow with a child in college this expensive system cost WAY more than it should have with 6 days of missed wages... Especially when the solution to all these issues was a return and a supply being placed in the hallway where they placed the thermostat. I will state all of the technicians are polite and friendly but the orders they are given are lousy at best. I heartily do NOT recommend this business.

Want to thank Joey Coble for his services today. He was very friendly and very professional and knew exactly what the problem was and fixed our A/C unit in a timely manner. We will continue to use them. THANKS SO MUCH!!!!

Gordon is the service tech we use to service our unit. He is very knowledgeable and professional in his dealings with his customers. We have been with Air Treatment for several years and would definitely recommend them to everyone.

Joey Coble did A/C maintenance as part of my Shield Membership. He also provided some very helpful information about the way in which the A/C unit functions to maintain both desired temperature and humidity level. It's great to have a technician who provides a home owner with not only maintenance but also knowledge.

The Air Treatment folks are top notch. I have always gotten text messages when appointments are created, folks are within a half hour of being at your door and any changes needed. They have always been on time. Good bunch of folks.

I was extremely impressed with the company from my initial contact with Courtney who scheduled the service. The technician Austin Anderson is very courteous and knowledgeable. He repaired the AC unit that had been down for 4 days. I will be using them forever.

I recently moved to the area and needed some vent work done and also needed a HVAC maintenance setup. Air Treatment was able have someone come out and give an estimate the next day. They were then able to have people out in the next day to complete the work. Joey and Will were very personable and professional and completed the work quickly.
