I never leave reviews good or bad but people deserve to know the compassion this company does NOT HAVE! It’s amazing this company doesn’t have worse reviews already. If I could give this business zero stars I would. They came out and “fixed” what was broken and did NOT tell me I had a bigger issue. My ac broke again 2 months later. When I called to have them come fix it again they told me that I had bigger issues and needed to call a commercial company. I’ve called back several times trying to speak to a supervisor about the issue and they never call me back. This company will do anything to take money from someone and then will refuse service when you need them to come back. $475 later I now have a bigger issue and they could care less. Candie the reception is completely rude and has no clue about anything to do with the business. She also had no problem calling my husband a liar, claiming he was told we had a bigger issue before it was fixed. Do yourself a favor and find a different company that is actually qualified to do the job. This company is TERRIBLE all around. I still have yet to hear back from this company which is why I’m leaving this review.

Ever since they had installed my new system a few years back they have always done my semi-annual preventative maintenance. Diane had always done a great job in maintaining the schedule and calling as a reminder of when the tech will be on site the day day before. Highly recommend this company.

We were worked in and Eric was here very quickly. It a pleasant surprise that a last minute call would be so quick. Eric was the nicest fella, pleasant, to the point and did Not force a sales pitch to us like a previous company had done. He told us to call if the issue happened again.Eric explained what was wrong very clearly and what we might need if this happens again. Hopefully, it will not but if it does, we most definitely call Concord Heating! We are 74 & 90 yo so the repair bill was more than fare. So very pleased with this company!

Super easy to do business with. Our technician, Riley explained everything he was doing and why before doing the work. He was very professional and had great tips for keeping our system in good condition. Definitely will use them again.

They fit us in on an already busy day. Everyone was super friendly and professional, from Candy who called to confirm to Diane who helped with my payment to Riley who did the actual repair. Highly recommend and will absolutely use again!!

Every single time we have called Concord Heating & Air Conditioning, or whenever it was time for servicing, each representative - from those who take calls to those who have been here to repair or service our HVAC units (we have two), they are the utmost in being professional, and they are caring and kind. We trust no other with our HVAC units.

Riley is the best technician. He knows what is doing and gets the job done, if there are any questions he will inform you and he also is proactive in his procedures.
