I've been a happy Concord Heating and Air customer for over 13 years, but my latest experience was just absolutely over the top. I called them at 4:55 pm on Thursday to say that my AC had just quit. Zack was at my house at 5:10 pm and he had it working again at 5:20 pm. It doesn't get any better than that!

I had Riley come out and inspect my unit. which currently is 27 years old he cleaned compressor unit is old but still working I need inspection yearly to cover if whole unit ever died ... He was a very nice young man very respectful.and I knew he knew what he was doing... If my unit craps out this summer I'll try to get my insurance to let Concord Heating and Air be the one to replace it......thanks Mike

Bought a brand new heating and air unit from Concord Heating and Air November. Spent about 7500 on it nicer unit and had it moved out from under house. First few months of having it had to call them out to connect unit back to house because platform was sinking. They came out a few times to put silicone around separation. Last visit they screwed into the brick. Success it worked. Next had a mold restoration company to come out because of mold issues. They found that the new heating and air unit duct boots were not insulated and had caused gallon of water to pour out of ducts themselves which probably caused the mold problem. When i finally called concord heating and air. Customer service manager rude!! He told me because of recent beam being installed someone laid main trunk down and it got wet! No way! My husband installed beam and it was not laid down. And I had already mold specialist way before this tell me that it was in the line.Then he Talked to husband on my phone handed it back to me and he said we are out of here Good Luck and left. I thought owner was pretty good because he was referred by neighbor but he did nothing to help so now we are paying someone else to install new ducts and to make sure this time that ducts are insulated!!! You would have thought they would have done that considering money spent! Concord heat and air said those ducts should have been insulated.. Not happy will not refer to anyone. beware!!
