Unfortunately Jason never returned to finish the job! Initially he came to fix an issue and noticed I had 2, her left and never returned ! After several calls and text to make contact, I got no response! The one time I did get him he said he’d be out there next day and never showed!

I've been a customer of Harold Johnson's since 2004. They originally installed our AC/furnace when our house was built. We've only used them since. Jason is wonderful to work with. He is patient, and explains any work that needs to be done thoroughly. I am a realtor in the Charlotte/Concord area. Our AC went out over the summer, was able to get the parts warrantied, and Jason Johnson had everything up and running the following day! They really are the best in area, also they have the best service prices of anyone. Would highly recommend to any one needing HVAC work done in a short amount of time. I can't speak highly enough about this company! They have helped me out on multiple occasions, but a couple weeks ago our HVAC went out during a cold spell. With kids in the house I was sure we would have to get a hotel room until we could get it fixed, but Jason and his crew jumped in and REPLACED our unit so quickly we were able to stay home. Not only that.....what he charged us was WAY lower than any of the other quotes we got. Great experience, great people, highly recommend this company!
