Concord Heating and Air Conditioning has done 10+ new installations and many service calls for me. The are responsive, honest and professional. One of the best businesses I have ever worked with and a wonderful group of people.

When we had a power outage the thermostat reset to factory settings which were not for a heat pump. Eric came out and entered the correct settings but they would not stay set if the power tripped again. Eric came back with a new thermostat and after installing we are good to go once again.

They responded very quickly. We called about 8:30am and they were there before noon the same day. Riley was efficient and polite to my adult granddaughter. Although I was not there at the time, he called me to say what was wrong and that it was repaired.

They have put in and have been servicing my AC/Heat here at what is now my town home and was my parents from the start. They have always been communicative, reliable and prompt with regular and emergency service. I have found their pricing to be reasonable and always up front. I appreciate how the repair people are careful to try not to track dirt around the areas they are working as they go in and out and generally clean up after themselves. Its nice that they are local and have a thorough knowledge of the equipment and readily answer all my questions. I appreciate also how personable, knowledgeable and accommodating the office staff is whenever I call to request service or have a question.

Excellent company to deal with. Technicians are very knowledgeable and installers treat a customers property as if it was theirs. No pressure from salesman. They checked back after completion of the job to make sure everything was completed and to the satisfaction of the customer. The two technicians who performed our maintenance were so personable and friendly. They explained the maintenance they performed and helped reduce the noise of our heat pump. This is the second time Concord Heating & Air has serviced our system. I wouldn’t use anyone else at this point.

No upsell, no replacement of parts just to replace parts. Repair business not replace business. Only people I trust in the AC business. Riley was above and beyond professional and found the problem and only charged the service call.
Big name , tv commercial companies have a big overhead. Remember who pays for that.

All the work has been great! New units and repairs. Zack did a great job first off replacing the piece of the AC that was broken, but also noticed that our other units needed maintenance. He scheduled that appointment for us and did all the work very well. Zack is awesome!

I have been using this company for years at my home. They are the only HVAC company I trust to give you and honest opinion and are reasonably priced!
