Riley was very knowledgeable of the Mitsubishi mini-split installed in our home. He repaired a condensate leak by upgrading a connection in the unit, and checked out the rest of the unit as well. Highly recommended.

Very professional technicians who explain what they are doing and why. Offer solutions to problems instead of scratching their heads and kicking the problem down the road. They have done work for me for many years and I can count on them to do the job right the first time. I am very partial to Candy in the office and Zac the technician. Trey the service tech was very professional and friendly. Interesting - 2 years ago Morris Jenkins came out - mom (she is 94 yrs old - at that time 92) - Morris Jenkins - told her she needed a new HVAC unit. She never would sign a contract for that amount of money without contacting me. I said let’s get a second opinion. We did - Concord HVAC! Two years later - the system Morris Jenkins said she needed replace - is still working! When Trey came out a couple weeks ago to do a maintenance checkup - he said everything checked out - system working great. Makes you question the “integrity” of some companies. Thanks to the integrity of Concord HVAC - mom didn’t have to spend thousands of dollars 2 years ago to replace a unit that is still working efficiently.

Our technician was Riley. He was professional and thorough. He went the extra mile to do the job correctly and offered additional services without being pushy or irritating. We will continue to use Concord H&A for all services.

Riley notified us in advance of his arrival. He was very professional, polite and customer focused. He advised completion of work and upon inspection proved he did excellent work. Job well done. Please recognize Riley for his work ethic.

Our A/C died the Friday before memorial day 😢. Concord Heating & Air was highly recommended and we know why. These guys were very responsive during the entire process of doing the initial site survey to the point of contacting us twice after the system was installed, just to make sure we were happy and had no issues or questions. We purchased an entire Trane HVAC system and the price was thousands less than competitors for the same equipment and installation. With all that said, we highly recommend Concord Heating & Air.

Concord Heating & Air Conditioning Inc installed my system in 2010 and have done an excellent job doing my maintenance every year. They have found and corrected issues prior to the summer season AC start up which is very helpful to not have to deal with an unplanned problem.
