I called Concord Heating & Air after the previous company I had used closed abruptly. I had a unique issue with my first floor HVAC system and this company was able to assess & fix/replace everything within a week of contacting them. Very grateful to Diane who took my call and assured me they would do their best to help me (I had been without heat for >2 months and relying on a gas fireplace). Eric was the technician who repaired the system and was very professional and explained in detail what needed to be done in addition to giving me an accurate assessment of cost ahead of time. I would recommend this company to family & friends and plan to use this them in the future.

Steven did a great job of service. Up front said he was new to the job. If he needed additional
answers he called his supervisor for help- showed the parts that needed to be replaced and why.

She was efficient and kind. The technician, Riley V was efficient, courteous and knowledgeable! This is a trustworthy HVAC company.

My old furnace and AC (22 years old) broke down at the same time. Tim the Sales representative was very patient and explained The best product for me and what I need.
They were right on time and started working right away. John and his crew installed everything. It not even took a whole day.
They took the old stuff with them and cleaned everything up.
Very friendly and very understanding nice people. They answered all my questions I had.
I will recommend this Company to everybody who needs a new AC or Heating system, and Maintenance too.
