I had a great experience with everyone that I dealt with at Concord Heating and Air. The installation was at my convenience and the techs were friendly and polite and thorough. They made sure that my house was the same as they found it. No dirty carpet or debris left behind. And the price was excellent.

The great people at Concord Heating & Air replaced our downstairs unit this week. We called Sunday evening to let them know there was an issue, but that we could certainly wait until the next day for them to take a look at it. Sure enough, they were here the next day, diagnosed the issue, and (as we suspected) confirmed that we needed to replace our old unit. They had one in stock by the next day and set up the replacement appointment for the following morning. They worked efficiently and VERY cleanly, leaving no mess of any kind. We are always thrilled with how Ronnie Hinson and his staff respond to our needs and how great they are to work with. This is the ONLY HVAC firm to use in the area. They are aces!

Everyone from the receptionist to the installers were great. Tim was very helpful and answered all our questions. Eugene really designed and set up a system that met our needs, the installers were very easy to work with. We would highly recommend.Thanks form Charlie and Tracey Anderson

I would recommend Concord Heating & Air to everyone. This company is very professional. Anytime I would call with either a question or a problem concerning the AC, they would always have a great answer for me. There has been times when I would call late in the day and they would still send Zack or someone out. They have NEVER left me without Heat or AC. If you have any problems with your heat or air, I highly recommend you give them a call.

Concord Heating and Air is my go to company for my maintenance needs. They also installed the unit that I have several years back and It has worked as expected. They are very courteous and punctual. I would recommend them to anyone.

We had a 30 year old furnace and AC that could have been very dangerous to us. These guys came promptly at the time they were scheduled and immediately started what they had to do. It turned out to be quite a bigger job due to the age of our equipment. They had to build several things from scratch in order to get the new one in place. They new just what was needed and spent and extra day taking care of it. All were friendly and polite and kept me in the loop. Today I am warm and cozy thanks to this company. They came to me highly recommended and i would highly recommend them to anyone that is looking for a new HVAC system.

Riley is the service tech that has come to my house since we got the new ac/heating system. He is personal and knowledgeable. If all employees are like Riley your company will be successful
