Eugene is outstanding. I have purchased multiple systems, (Mitsubishi Mini split, and a full Trane AC/Gas Furnace). Prices are better than anyone around and the installation and service is outstanding !

I used Concord Heating & Air to install 2 Mitsubishi mini split a/c units. The first person I spoke with was Tim and he was extremely friendly and helpful and was very fast in responding. They set up to install the day the units came in and Mike Griffith was the main installer. He was also super friendly and paid such great attention to the details of the job. The owner, Eugene, was also present and gave great suggestions for the overall project. I couldn't be happier with this team! Just perfect!

We returned from a two week trip to find we had no AC. Called Concord Heating & AC at 4:30 on a Friday afternoon. Eric came out in less than an hour max to check everything out. He found it was not an AC issue but a Duke Power issue. Walked thru everything with us and told us what to tell DUKE. His response was priceless! I recommend Concord Heating & AC totally!!

They were absolutely AMAZING! I can’t say enough good things about them. Tim DeLuca was an absolutely wonderful liaison and explained everything to me. I can’t even call him a “salesman” because he was honest, upfront, didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need, explained why I needed to do everything I needed, and stayed in constant communication with me about the equipment order, installation, and inspection. I collected multiple bids and theirs was the most reasonable with high quality equipment and available rebates and warranties. The installers and install manager were equally pleasant and helpful. They took care of everything and communicated with me to help me change my dogs from inside/outside as needed. They answered all my questions and even came back the next day to relight my pilot light on the water heater because it went out when they had to turn the gas off!!!! Absolutely amazing and would HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend!

I have never had a heat pump before. I felt that it was not operating well. I chose Concord Heating and Air based on previous Google ratings. I was not disappointed. The tech came out and performed maintenance, explained how the heat pump works, and when he left the area was clean. Very happy to add to the other ratings. The company was reliable and maintenance was affordable. Eric was polite and patient and technically proficient.
