We have used Concord Heating & Air for many years. They replaced both our units. and they have worked superbly. In the process of replacing those units they also solved several long standing issues we had by moving thermostats, moving outside units to a better location and improving drainage. They do our annual maintenance. They always arrive when they say the will, they do exactly what is expected, communicate on all steps and are very professional. We will never use anyone else.

Updated 2/1/22. Riley did the semiannual service yesterday. Very courteous, pleasant and efficient young man. Gives me peace of mind knowing if I have trouble with my unit I can call any time. Highly recommend!

Our home is about 15 years old and had two hvac units, one a gas pack for the downstairs and the other unit was a heat pump for the upstairs. Unfortunately, the gas pack developed leaks in the coil in 2018 and had to be replaced. Then in 2019 the heat pump stopped working. In both instances I chose Concord Heating and Air to replace the units. I met with Tim, the sales representative, on both occasions. He was easy to work with, gave me options to select from and prices for each option. He also pointed out that in some cases the most energy efficient (expensive) option might not be the best option. He explained that even though it might be a more efficient unit the payback for the difference in the price would be an extended period of time – very honest. I did some comparison shopping with other installers and found the prices with Concord Heating and Air to actually be better than what I was offered elsewhere. Both of the installations went well. The workers were respectful of our property, the aesthetics of the install were pleasing and the units have been functioning perfectly since being installed. I would highly recommend Concord Heating and Air.

Concord Heating and Air has the best employees. Each one that has come to our house for various reasons and the office personnel are always kind and understanding and helpful. They always are willing to do whatever needs to be done to make you feel comfortable and to help you understand what they are doing and why. I would highly recommend them to anyone that is in the market for heating and air.

From start to finish today I found and switched HVAC companies based on my first experience with the technician, Zach and office staff, I couldn't be more pleased. I had no heat today. My former HVAC company took me 4 hours to reach (after 1 email and 3 phone calls) and had a two day wait. For that two day wait, they pitched me a new service contract close to $400/year charged monthly (it came with perks, ya know?). I actually paid that amount to the former company (which went out of business) and found out that my funds weren't 'grandfathered' or transferred to the new company. So, hopefully they enjoyed a nice dinner on me..

Anyway, as a new client of Concord Heating & Air Conditioning Inc, they booked me right away and were here in just a few hours. Zach did a thorough inspection on my unit, diagnosed the issue and zip zip - it was fixed. He was nice, respectful of my home and didn't huff and puff around when he had to go in the attic, back and forth outside and have 3 small dogs barking at him. I have a local company now with a service plan going forward. You rocked it today, see you guys in April!

What a great company. Had a new Heat pump installed in May. Professional installation and the installers were great. Done a great job and cleaned up afterwards. Amazing and efficient team. We were offered different options by the sale manager Tim suitable for our home. Great and clean installation job done by Dale and Alexis under Eugene’s guidance. Ryley quickly set up and tuned the system. Now we enjoy the quiet and efficient AC. Definitely recommending the service to other people.

I had a last minute call and these guy's came out the same day and serviced out mini split unit. It was quick too. Like an hour after I called they where here working on it. Very professional. We also had them replace four a/c units as well. Great price and done with in days of the quote. I'll always use Concord Heating and Air for work and you should as well!
