Our air conditioning went out after 21 years, and our heating system wasn't working at full capacity. After talking to several people, Concord Heating and Air was recommended. We called Diane,and shortly after, Tim returned our call and was able to come out on the same day. He explained the process to us and went over pricing. He was very friendly and knowledgeable, and didn't try to take advantage of us. As soon as the units came in, Tim called and set up a day to install. The technicians, Shannon and Joe (or John?), were right on time. Both were extremely friendly and answered all of our questions. They finished earlier than anticipated and cleaned up everything. This was a very pleasant experience. I am so thankful to everyone involved in getting us nice and cool. I will definitely recommend Concord Heating and Air to my friends and family.

Eric was so helpful and very knowledgeable. On time. And called to let me know he was on his way. I have been a customer of Concord Heating & Air for 15-20 years. I trust them. They always amaze me with their customer service from the first phone call to set up the appointment to the actual appointment. I feel like they have my best interest and never overcharge you. I seriously trust them and their recommendation. So many companies these days are out to make a fast buck, but I have never felt that way about Concord Heating & Air. The quick turnaround was much appreciated!

Steve was the service technician that came to my home. He was right on time and called first, which I appreciated. He was not in the best mood—I could tell. I greeted him and asked how his day was and he said something like it could be better. This was the first time Concord heating and Air has come to my home. ( I had previously used Morton Heating and Air—and they recommended this company to me after Morton’s went out of business).
He went to the attic and did his work. And had us keep the heat to 80 for an extended length of time, I felt. More than 15 minutes. Then he went outside. He came back inside after he had been outside at that unit. He said he found something(like it was a good thing) and that at certain number was too high indicating the compressor was working to hard and likely to go out costing between 1200-1700 for a new one. I was upset a bit as I’ve had no troubles with the unit. Steve seemed to be be quite defensive at any questions I asked and stated he was new to the business having been there only 3 months and that the owner of the company would be contacting me the next day to set a time to come and double check(he has not called yet but it is only the 2nd day(but don’t say it if you’re not going to do it). He said he had not got to clean the unit because it was raining (but at the time we were speaking it was just a light mist). I asked if he planned on doing the cleaning now while he was still there and he was not pleased with my request, I could tell, but he did it. I came outside while he was cleaning the unit and was chatting with him and asking a few questions. After he had given me the invoice, I asked for the filters for both vents and he said that would be 4 dollars each. I said that used to be complimentary and he said we are not Morton’s. I felt him cold and unfeeling and was not impressed with the customer service and kindness.
