My air conditioner was not cooling properly and Island Breeze HVAC immediately responded to my service request. Eric came out and immediately diagnosed the problem. He was so friendly and professional. He showed me the part that was causing the problem and explained what the next steps were. Before leaving, he cleaned up the work area. Once the new part came in, Robert came out and installed it. Once Robert completed the installation, he tested the system to ensure that it was working properly and cleaned up everything. He then showed me everything that he had done and asked if I had any questions. Both Eric and Robert were friendly and professional. They arrived on time and spent time to make sure that I was completely satisfied with the service before they left. I give them both 5 stars, as well as Colleen who I spoke with several times in the office and helped me with all my questions and coordination with my home warranty company. I highly recommend Island Breeze HVAC to anyone who needs heating or air conditioning service!

This is the second time I've used Island Breeze through my home warranty. Satisfied with services on both occasions, but this service involved my AC. Appreciated the quick response in scheduling an appointment. Received texts and emails during every step of the process. Service tech, Shawn Leguire, arrived on time. Very thorough, explained everything along the way that he was doing and looking at and what he saw. Work was completed and AC is back running properly. Thank you!

Although I couldn't choose this company to replace my HVAC system, they were more than helpful and responsive. They were a second opinion on my home warranty claim and the technician that they sent out was very professional. He brought to my attention that my HVAC air compressor had been replaced in the past. My response was to him was that it had not been replaced to my knowledge. My wife later brought to my attention that it had been replaced 3 years ago. Island Breeze's technician pointed out that the air compressor line was kinked. Our AC in process replaced by our other home warranty company who initially sent out the technician who kinked the line. Again, Island breeze was more than helpful throughout this process. I'll definitely use them in the future.

This company came to my home on a service call. They were assigned to from my warranty company. They changed my compressor and my refrigerant. When they changed the refrigerant they put two different types in my system which contaminated my system and caused it to stop working I had to call the warranty company again and get another contractor assigned. Have all the refrigerant, drained and re-pay for a new refrigerant which cost me about $1600 total for both refrigerants if this company had did the job correctly, my system would not have broken. I do not think this is a good company to do business with from my experience

Every tech I've encountered was competent, personable, respectful of my space. These guys are upfront and down to earth when it comes to the care and repair. I would definitely recommend their services any day.

Over priced. I can only rate on price and not quality of work. The coils in my AC unit were leaking. My warranty company covered the cost of the coil and install but not the refrigerant, got it and understand it. Island Breeze was going to bill me for an additional $3,270 for additional “needed/required” work. I got a second opinion from a local professional. With the coil install and refrigerant, no warranty coverage at all, the price was only $2,200. Island breeze was going to charge $185 per pound of refrigerant. The local business only charges $95 per pound. While they seemed very thorough, it also seemed like the shady mechanic that will tell you things need “fixed” on your car that are perfectly fine to pad their pockets.

Shawn Leguire who fist came out to assess issue with ac unit was very professional knowledgeable and great attitude. Second technician I do not remember his name gave me the same experience. Great customer service - I would recommend island breeze to continue maintain my hvac. So thankful to have air again :-)

I recently received service from Island Breeze due to my downstairs unit not cooling. I was told they would arrive between 1230-430 on Friday. To my surprise I was contacted at 830 am asking if they could come by in 45 minutes. I agreed, they showed up on time, very professional, completed the job in a timely manner, and even wore slip covers over shoes to protect my floors. I would recommend Island Breeze to anyone that has HVAC needs.

Air conditioner went out on A Friday evening. Scheduled a service request with my home warranty and received a call to schedule an appointment on Saturday. Appointment made for Wednesday. Joe arrived promptly and assessed the problem quickly and was able to make the repair. Happy with the service I received and would recommend.

Shawn, air conditioning technician, was knowledgeable , efficient , professional, and very pleasant to work with. He would receive 5 stars! ⭐️
However, the office representative who finally call me back to confirm another appointment was unprofessional by being abrupt and discourteous.
She proceeded to inform me ( with an attitude) that she had no availability or flexibility in the scheduling, PERIOD! When I said we were coming up on some of the hottest days of the season, she said , he will be there Wednesday (July 5th) between 7 and 8 AM and hung up .So, I had to wait 5 days and over the 4th of July holiday without air conditioning.
Needless to say, it was a very disappointing and negative experience dealing with this particular office staff member.
